There are 250 waterfalls in this area. There are 5 local breweries here in Mills River.

Located in historic Druid Hills, the Sweet Retreat is conveniently situated one mile from downtown Hendersonville and about 25-30 minutes from Asheville and Brevard. The house was recently renovated to incorporate the many luxuries of the 21st century but maintains its 1950's charm. Fire pit ,hot tub,and two large decks to enjoy. Gas grill , outdoor patio set and very nice swing on the deck steps that lead to the stream at the lower end of the property.
