Der er en skøn sydvendt terrasse med solopvarmet udebruser og en fantastisk udsigt over marker. Lejligheden er 73 m3 med egen indgang fra gårdspladsen, hvor det er muligt at parkere. Lejligheden består af køkken-alrum og stue, badeværelse med bruger, soveværelse med dobbeltseng. I stuen er der mulighed for 2 ekstra sovepladser på sofaen.
