The house is 190 m2 and built in May 2017. There is a large and bright kitchen-living room, as well as a lovely living room. There is TV and Wi-Fi, and if you need some air, you can enjoy the lovely terrace out in the garden and possibly jump on the trampoline if you feel like it. The house is surrounded by neighbors with children aged 2-15 years. There are several green areas with forest and nature, and if you want water and beach, it is about 3.7 km from the house. If you want to cycle, we will gladly provide our bicycles.

The house has 1 large bedroom with room for 3 people. A guest room with room for 1 person. 2 children's rooms. 2 bathrooms and a large lovely garden. Toyota Aygo is available for rent at an additional cost.

From the upper floor there is a fantastic view to the east over the sea / west over fields. 150 meters to the nearest shopping during the summer period. In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)

Nice and well maintained second floor apartment 100 m². In Horsens. short driving distance to Vejle, Billund and Aarhus. There is four bedrooms each with two individual 200cm beds (8 beds) Bright and nice sofa area and a place to eat. Nice bathroom with shower. Long-term and short-term guests are welcome. Her er rig mulighed for afslapning for de voksne og leg for børnene. Placeringen er centralt i Østjylland. Under 30 min. kørsel til Århus og alle dens seværdigheder. I modsat retning ligger Legoland og Lego House med masser af sjov for børnene.
