This is a great self contained one bed apartment. At first you might wonder why you would want to be in a quiet industrial estate - but actually the train station and Lidl are very short walks away, town another 10 minute walk and right next door you have Flo’s Cafe which has earned a 5.0 Tripadvisor rating, attracting people from afar. You won’t regret booking this unit.

We had a lovely stay at Jane's flat. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Good parking and access to local trains. It felt nice and private but the hosts were on hand if we needed them and weree very responsive. Some lovely thoughtful touches, it was a real home from home and we would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you 👍

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Rebekah’s place. We stayed here for 3 nights, and they kindly allowed a late check in. Despite arriving late at night and in the dark, we were warmly greeted and welcomed. The studio, was clean, comfortable and cute. There were some lovely cats to keep us company too! The weather was gorgeous on Sunday, so Rebekah opened the pool up for is. It was was blissful swimming outside in the UK. We loved our stay here: lovely people, lovely location and lovely pool! On the property were private woods, we unfortunately didn’t get to walk through them, however, I did find a swing to play on at 30 (young at heart). This is a really unique stay with kind, friendly owners and a fab location. Definitely a gem in the Sussex countryside!

Tara was a superb host, very generous both with the accommodation and advice, a super communicator. The apartment was comfortable, fresh and bright, a great base to explore the local area. Just a 15-20min walk into Cuckfield for a good range of cafes and pubs.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay! It was in a beautiful neighbourhood and walkable distance to Three Bridges station. The studio was even better in real life than the photos. Sanjit was a great host, friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Would highly recommend!

A lovely place to stay while visiting Hove & Brighton. The apartment was clean and tidy and as described on the listing. Jayne supplied us with a comprehensive list of recommendations of places to go and where to eat & drink. We walked everywhere but Jayne also told us which buses to catch to the centre of Brighton. It’s well located in a quiet area but within a short walk to the beach. We would thoroughly recommend it.

We loved the views from the windows the nature reserve and the sea , we hardly watched any television in the evening and I always read a book or two in the evenings when away but not even half way in one . So easy to get to town and the other direction Brighton , plenty of places to eat in or take away .we spent a lot of time walking along wide water and on the beach. We hope to go again soon .

Location is good. Only a few meters to the beach or to some restaurants. Bus station also just around the corner. Perfect accommodation for my somewhat longer stay (14 days). Very clean, bright and large. Everything is great

Place a little akward to find, need a door number on address when provided. Otherwise this is one of the best we’ve stayed in; never done an AnB before so this kid a whole new experience. Always used premiere Inn and this place came well above it.

Nick, thank you so much for hosting us. We have great time! Apartment is lovely! We enjoyed staying in your backyard area in the evenings and just chill and relax after a long day of walking. It is just 7-10 mins walk to the tube and overground train stations. Lots of places to dine and fresh, tasty coffee spots. Very lovely neighborhood. Thank you again!

Lovely clean place and very homely. It had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen - and the big gorgeous shower at the end of our 26 mile hike along the South Coast Path was an absolute godsend! Very friendly communication. We felt looked-after. Thank you so much.

Susan’s place is so lovely and cozy and has a great view. My husband, who is from the UK, and I traveled to Findon for a wedding and this was the perfect place. Susan was very accommodating and responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely flat in a quiet street, the description is accurate. It is nice and clean with a large shower and easy to use oven and it was nice to sit in the sunny window for breakfast. Everything is within walking distance and especially good being able to walk to the beach

A very relaxing, clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay. Michael’s place suited our needs perfectly. Michael and Linda were lovely hosts and were exceptionally helpful.

Rebecca & Scott were a perfect hosts, making my stay in Shere incredibly comfortable and special by making thoughtful touches. The apartment was beautiful and spotless. I appreciated their prompt responses and helpful recommendations. Staying in their apartment was a pleasure and a treat. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shere.

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

Definitely the best Airbnb we stayed in, everything was exquisite. The property is very comfortable, and amenities are great! Communication is also very sufficient. Will definitely stay with them again.

Great home away from home, if you’re in Brighton and want to be close to the water. The loft was cheery and well-appointed for anything I needed. Everything I wanted to do in Brighton was just a short walk away, and it was convenient to be so close that I could pop back midday for a few minutes. Great communication by the host as well - I don’t think I ever waited more than a couple minutes for a friendly reply. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend doing the same to other visitors!

We stayed here for a week during half term as a family with two children. The flat was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and felt well looked after with thoughtful touches that made all the difference. The hosts were super helpful and communicative prior to staying and throughout. The flat is in a good location, close to the sea and a 20 min walk to the pier or short bus journey, it is on two good bus routes so never had a problem here. There are lots of shops, cafes, bars and short walk away and a lovely bakery close by for breakfast. We would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Brighton.

Such a lovely stay at Ricky’s place. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Close to the train station and easily walkable to different areas in Brighton. Felt at ease and welcomed, especially as a solo female traveller. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

I always stay with Aakanksha when I'm in Reading. The property has all the essential amenities and is only 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The place is clean and warm and homely. The host is a fantastic host. She goes out of her way to help you. She's very helpful with quick and easy communication. And she makes check in very easy and stree-free. I'm always made to feel welcome. I would recommend staying with Aakanksha if you're staying in Reading. Brilliant host.

This property is a very central location, close to the sea and local amenities. Lots of steps to the living area which kept us fit after a 20 mile trail race! Everything was clean, had everything we needed and was very comfy. We used the hot tub which was a real treat.
