Beautifully integrated into a half-timbered ensemble, our hüsken offers direct access to the private garden with sitting area, fireplace, barbecue, car parking space and covered accommodation for bicycles. A wallbox with 11kW is available on the premises at a cost price.

The house is located at the end of a dead end road, at the back the Bevergerner Aa flows about 30 m away. The apartment is on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs, no garden. An entrance to the Herrmannsweg is 1.5 km away. Very nice to walk around or to take a round with his dog. From here, the old town with its half-timbered houses, restaurants, pubs, playgrounds and the ice cream parlor can be reached in about 10 minutes.
