Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

It has a lock and electric blinds for convenience, as well as new quality appliances, Wi-Fi, and 2 Xiaomi LED smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. It is 28m2, it is perfect for couples and is ready to accommodate 4 people. The studio is 25 m² (269 sq. ft.) and features a single open-plan area with two distinct spaces: a comfortable double bed and a living area with a high-quality sofa bed, a kitchen, and a TV. The bathroom with a shower is beautiful and cozy. The studio has a master bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a 140x190 sofa bed. Both mattresses are very comfortable and high end. Extensible table 4 chairs. It has a washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer, toaster, and coffee maker. Everything you need for your stay. Very quiet hot/cold climate control. The studio is fully rented for your enjoyment. It is an independent studio but if you need us we will be available.
