House holiday rentals in Hortense

This is the second time that I had the great experience of renting from Misty! She is always responsive and so kind with each interaction. She is a great host and each location that I have airbnb'd from her have been immaculate and true to pictures. Her locations have details and supplies that are plenty. We had such a wonderful time at Caleb’s home. This was one of the best stocked places I’ve ever rented. They had everything you could need. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was perfect in the evenings. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. My friends and I were extremely happy here and would love to come back again. Not one complaint!

Wow!! What a great place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors! From the golf cart to the pools, beach and shops; fun was had by all. The island landscape was gorgeous and down town Fernandina was friendly and lively! We will be back!

Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area. Spacious, clean and perfect for the family. Kids enjoyed the pool and of course, ping pong. Amenities were plentiful! Hristina has all the details covered. We will most definitely be back!

Madia’s home was perfect for our short trip to SSI. She had all the amenities we hoped for and then didn’t have to back for our toddler. We would stay here again!

Had an absolute amazing time, the house was very clean and cozy, my partner really enjoyed the decor and cleanliness. It was placed perfectly in the area of great restaurants and the routes to the islands. will be staying again!

Had family come in town for graduation and Alfred's place was in the perfect spot. Very cozy and everything was just as described. Definitely worth every penny.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Catherine's house. Check in and out was easy. The beds were comfortable. Great communication and Catherine is very pleasant and warm. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching the sunrise as well as swinging on the front porch as the sun set. Plenty of room inside the house with all we needed to cook and relax between outings. We would definitely stay again.

Pushba’s place was perfect for our big family. We used every bed, and the large gathering spaces were also ideal. We had a nice stay.

We love the little marsh house. This was our second time staying here. It’s very comfortable, clean, and peaceful. We really enjoy spending time on the porch and enjoying the surroundings. Definitely one of our favorite places. Thanks for the hospitality.

Michele was an awesome host. She gave us great recommendations, was clear in her directions and super responsive. The home itself was very cozy and convenient to St. Simons and Jekyll Island which was what we were looking for. We truly had a blast out here (we were sad to leave). We also made some owl friends that live in her backyard (they were very majestic and quiet) We’ll miss them too. 5 star review all around. Would stay here again 10/10.

Horses and nature haven! Very nice farmhouse rental... Accommodations are very large and spacious with plenty of room. Well stocked with all the necessary home furnishings and utensils. Super rustic and fits the beautiful picturesque farm setting. Outside you will find a beautiful sprawling horse ranch, secluded among beautiful nature. Location overall sits in between Okefenokee reserve and minutes from i-95 with 30 min access to Jekyll Island. The host is responsive and provided clear instructions. It was easy to check in even though we were getting late due to storms. We would love to come back and enjoy the serenity of this beautiful ranch.

We had a wonderful weekend family getaway before our son leaves for boot camp! The house is beautiful, spacious and our host was very friendly and responsive to our needs! We are definitely planning to come back soon!

My boyfriend and I booked Amanda’s place with plans to have a laid-back beach vacation with lots of cooking fresh seafood and relaxing. Her place was perfect for it. Very cozy inside, and the backyard was warm and inviting. Our dog played out there every morning while we sipped coffees. Her place is located next to a great seafood market, City Market, so that was convenient. We enjoyed biking through the neighborhood and found an adorable deli (The Yellow Deli) 1 min away from the house on our bikes. It was perfect.

Pamela was very quick to respond to my messages since the very beginning of my booking. Her check-in was very easy and she told you exactly where everything was. When I arrived, she was taking a stroll down the street because she lives in the neighborhood too! The house was very cute, homey, and spacious. The beds were clean and very comfortable. It was such a great place to stay! My pets were also allowed which was a very big thing for me. Definitely my favorite part of my stay, that my pets were welcomed!

A great place to hang when we weren’t out exploring the endless adventures the area offered. Great little house and location for what we were looking for-explore the area and the beaches.
