Come stay in beautiful North Devon! Great beaches and rugged coasts. Although very quiet and rural we are 10 minutes from Instow and 15 from Appledore, with lots of good pubs and restaurants. Saunton Sands, Croyde Bay and Putsborough/Woolacombe are all within easy reach. To the West the wonderful Hartland Peninsula. Both Exmoor and North Devon coast and Dartmoor are about 40 mins drive. One small to medium well behaved dog is welcome if accompanied by similar humans! 😁

A great location for access to nearby popular spots including Westward Ho!, Croyde, Woolacombe and many more. Benefiting from a spacious wet room and small kitchenette, there is a good sized bedroom with king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and tv. The annex has its own private access and off road-parking.

Come and stay in our cosy off-grid Shepherd's Hut. It's in a peaceful, rural location, next to our woodland and orchard, with fantastic views over the river valley and beyond. We are near world-renowned surf beaches and there are excellent walks both by the sea or further afield on Exmoor. Otherwise, you could just put your feet up, relax and admire the view!
