The Cabin 'Up Over'

Come stay in beautiful North Devon. Great beaches and rugged coasts. Although very quiet and rural we are only 10 minutes from Instow and RHS Rosemoor, and 15 from Appledore, with lots of good pubs and restaurants. Saunton Sands, Croyde Bay and Putsborough/Woolacombe are all within easy reach. To the West the is wonderful Hartland Peninsula. Both Exmoor and North Devon coast and Dartmoor are about 40 mins drive. One small to medium well behaved dog is welcome if accompanied by similar humans! 😁

Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

1 double bed, 1 sofa bed (in the same room). Pretty village location close to popular surfing beaches and short drive to amenities. Converted barn loft room offering good size couple/family space with en suite. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a small fridge and toaster. (No Kitchen). Hot tub available on request with at least 24 hours notice. £30 cash payment will be required on arrival. There are facilities to wash off and dry wet suits and boards and to dry wet clothes.

You will be staying in a beautiful green oak outbuilding with 4 dormer windows and a glass gable end offering delightful Devon countryside views. Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a decking area with a table and chairs for outside dining and a barbecue in season. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

Newly converted in 2021, located on the edge of Westleigh Village, perfectly situated in North Devon. The open-plan living space is perfect for cosy evenings on the sofa or cooking up a feast. If you don't fancy cooking the pub is less than a 5-minute walk. Perfectly located on the Tarka trail for cycling or walkin and within easy reach of great surf beaches, not to mention the beautiful Instow which is perfect for estuary walks and eating out. Off-road parking in secure courtyard.
