The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Beautiful bungalow with amazing sea views. Set in lovely gardens, tucked away but in the heart of Torquay. The back garden is south facing and overlooking Torbay. The property is just 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and less than 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. New from end of August, we have just had a hot tub delivered available for guests to use.
