Make memories for a lifetime in this unique and family-friendly place. Here you will live in the middle of nature and all you hear is the river and bird life. It is 2 min walk to a great swimming area, 5 min drive away from beach at sea There are great areas for fishing, both in water and sea. Great hiking area and located at one of the entrances to Stølsheimen. The house is located a stone's throw from the light trail in winter, and therefore fits perfectly in winter as well. Short distance by car and 500 m from E39. No need for your own car!

Modern cabin in great surroundings. Spacious and comfortable, fully equipped. Peaceful place. Possible to hike directly from the cabin. By car there are countless trips. The cabin is heated in addition, there is a modern fireplace that provides fantastic heat. We'll be happy to help with trip suggestions, and other practical info. Stordalen is a Northwest entrance to Stølsheimen landscape conservation area. About 1.5 hours drive from Bergen. Grocery at Ostereidet, and at Haugsvær. Mountain lodge with dining. Easy access, parking 100 meters.

Magnificent view over the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. Very nice little cottage right on a river/lake. The fjord is about 850 m walking distance. There is a great large terrace right on the shore with a table and seating. The terrace also serves as a jetty. The children liked to use this to jump into the water. Bathing and swimming are therefore possible. Gunnar provided us with kayaks and a rowing boat. We didn't catch any fish in the lake, but we did in the surrounding fjords. The house is really very small for five people and being together with five people in the bedroom is also adventurous. We were lucky with the weather, it was all wonderful I recommend the house without reservation. Really great small property.

Such a beautiful cottage, right on the water. Left and right, nothing but water and nature. We have rarely seen anything so beautiful. Communication with Oystein was straightforward and easy. Since our navigation system misled us, Oystein helped us out of our predicament very quickly with patience. When we arrived, the heating was already on and it was cozy and warm. The bed was facing the window, so we had a perfect view of the fjord from there. The kitchen was very well equipped for our holiday needs. We prepared simple dishes every day. The attempt to shower with the cold fjord water worked great, but it is certainly not to everyone's taste. It was a great experience. Oystein has created a little paradise. It is absolutely recommended to visit this beautiful place and stay there for a few days or longer. We will be happy to come back. Sigrid and Achim

If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find it here. The house is very secluded, about 15 minutes by car is a small shop(Joker). The house is about 5-10 minutes walking from the parking lot. You have to take the luggage with a Schukarre (is on site) or a (as with us) wagon. We had this information from the comments,a description in the info would be helpful:-) The house is clean and nice and cozy. There is hot running water ( rainwater! No drinking water, this must be taken with you) There is a small boathouse nearby, at Erlend you can rent a boat hobby 5.20 m with a wheelchair and 60 hp engine. We went fishing with it and did nice tours. I had a very nice time here with my children :-)
