Great host great space for big families

This place was perfect for our needs. Everything was extremely clean, there were a few snacks for us and a birthday balloon. Very quiet area and easy to get to anything you wanted to do. The only thing that we had a small issue was with the wifi upstairs. It wasn’t overly strong and the TV kept losing signal. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect.

Enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place. Right on the water, very peaceful and tranquil. Close to golf and the Balboa beach and marina. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was even better than expected. Stephen greeted us and was very friendly. The view was pretty, location very quiet, the space was clean, and larger than expected. We enjoyed dinner at the Sunset Grill on the lake . We took a walk at the private beach area on the lake and the spillway which was beautiful. Really loved our stay. GPS initially took us incorrectly to Goose Pond road instead of the community entrance which should've been DeSoto Blvd. That was the only issue we had.

If you are looking at this place book it ! It such a nice place Pam has decorated so nice and she communicated fast Me and my buddies played 3 different golf courses within 5 miles of house .

Lance & Suzanne’s house was more than perfect for our stay. The house had everything we needed & made for a great trip with my niece & her friends. We loved getting to swim off of the dock & kayak. The lake is beautiful! We got to enjoy the view of the lake from the house which was even better. I will definitely stay here again!

The place was spotless and exactly like the listing. It was close to the water, and he made it very easy for us to enjoy our trip.

We went for a girls trip and the house was perfect for us girls! We enjoyed the hot tub and patio outside each afternoon/evening. The washer/dryer was great to have for both bath towels and beach towels! The only downside about the house was the steep stairs down to the boat ramp! They are quite steep and quite a bit of them. BUT the view of the lake and location is absolutely amazing. Perfect for any kind of trip, from a family trip to a bachelorette trip. Tamara was very kind and provided all necessary information in a timely manner and responded quickly when we had any questions. All activities and restaurants (Hot Springs Marina, Luna Bella, Pancake Shop, Fisherman’s Wharf, Bubba Brews, etc. ) we went to were within 20 to 30 minutes of the house and we were able to get Ubers with no problem. Door dash also delivers to this location. Overall, great experience!

We loved staying at this place! Thomas was very welcoming, and gave great tips for local spots. The house was clean and perfect for our family. Looking forward to staying again

The home was amazing. Beautiful view of the lake. Even the neighbors were extremely nice. It felt so comfortable being there. We loved the outdoor dining space. It rained during our trip but we just sat outside in that dining space listening to the rain in the dark. Yes, they were not kidding when they said the trail that leads to the lake was steep. But it was still a great trail to get to the lake. Great location too with restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

This was our 2nd time staying at Mr. Jim Place. My Husband wanted to spend his Birthday once again, with his Pal, Mr. Jim because of his warm and giving Spirit. As I stated in Previous post from our last stay, Mr. Jim gave my Husband of 34 years a set of Golf Clubs for his Birthday last year. This is Exactly the type humble Man he represents, and just like before he welcomed us with open arms and provided golf lessons to my husband and sons just as he had done before. He makes sure that you are comfortable and your needs are being met. Also, Mr. Jim is full of information and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel right at home. We are anticipating our 3rd Visit to Hot Springs, and Mr. Jim Place will always be our home away from home, whenever we are in town. Thanks for everything Mr. Jim we really appreciate your hospitality. The Lanes PS, The Golf Lessons are Free and he really enjoy Teaching others the game, so please take him up on the offer, you want regret it.

We love this place - so much so, we always try to book it if it's available. We've stayed here 4 or 5 times. Is it the most updated condo? No. Is it close to restaurants and stores? No. What this condo has is a beautiful location that is quiet and peaceful. It's always clean, always easy to get in to, and we love it. To be honest, we love it so much, we've reached out to the owner twice to see if they'd ever sell it so we could retire in it! That's how much we love it, and you will too!

The area was very beautiful, and was exactly what I needed. Waking up to the steam coming across the water just outside the back balcony was very relaxing. Beautiful clean water.

We stayed here for one night before camp drop off. Very peaceful location and comfortable sleeping arrangements for an adult and 4 teens

Marji’s condo was in pristine condition and had all the items we needed. The view was beautiful and it was easy to get to. Great value! I highly recommend this property!

David and Wanda's place was PERFECT!!! It was exactly as described plus some! Very clean! The resort amenities were perfect and so much fun. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Great clear communication, fast responses. Home was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to run in for a meal. We joked that we could fish off of the back deck, it was so close to the water! Unfortunately didn’t get to fish or swim this time due to rain but would definitely stay here again so maybe next time!
