Holiday rentals with a kayak in Hot Springs

This place has everything a family could want. All the games, the pool, the lake and having access to paddle boards and kayaks was so much fun. This is a beautiful home and surroundings. It was very clean. Only thing I could think of that we needed once we got there was a lighter, ice and a little fire wood. Our stay was a blast and I'd go back.

The house was very clean and tidy. It felt like we could be right at home as soon as we got there. It’s close to many little stores that were fun to walk around and see. The owner was also very helpful and made getting settled in easy!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Thank you Mark! The check-in process was seamless, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. The place itself was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. The waterfront location was incredibly peaceful, and we loved having access to the kayaks—they were such a great bonus! Mark’s hiking recommendations were spot-on; we visited all three parks he suggested and enjoyed each one. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We shared the house with 2 families and it was great! The kids loved the bunk room and everyone enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. The location was perfect…a quick drive to downtown. Stephen was an excellent host and always responsive. We had a great time and will be back!

Eric was a great host. Communicated quickly and efficiently whenever something came up. Like letting us know ahead of time the bad flooding in Arkansas had damaged the dock and offered a full refund if we chose to go somewhere else. The house was just as described and the whole family loved the hot tub, pool table, and nice porch sitting. Also very well furnished, and good central location to Hot Springs. The neighborhood coming in was a little sketchy, but the house is up and away from it so we never felt in danger or bothered. Great overall experience and would recommend.

Lovely home, very comfortable and the communication from owner was amazing. My only area for improvement would be to have kayaks in better condition - please note we loved the games and wished we had found the fishing poles earlier but they were great to use on the dock. I would lease again but if you want a more beach area lake Ouachita may be a better choice - as for boating, fishing, hot tubing and just relaxing this is your place...

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was both beautiful and so peaceful. We had great views of the water from both the bedroom and main living area. The host was a great communicator and the rooms all felt clean.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage had everything we needed and the kids loved the game room. Lake and swim dock were very nice but it was rainy so we didn’t get to enjoy that part.

This is a great space. There are so many sitting areas to enjoy the relaxation and seclusion. I will recommend this spot to everyone in my home town of Monroe/West Monroe Louisiana that is looking for a couples retreat. The place is also so close and easy to everything a person might come to Hot Springs for (very important). We will come back, for sure. Thank you Donna and Luke

The place was nice, clean, and a great location! There is not stove top but they did provide an electric skillet. There’s 2 mini fridges and a freezer. Nice place to stay if you don’t plan to cook extensive meals.

The Cottage was lovely and well equipped with the deck right on the waterfront. Guests need to be aware there are two other properties in the complex so be aware as the ambiance can change depending on who your neighbours are . Overall a great location and great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful on the inside and the deck / dock was absolutely perfect. The neighbors were super friendly & the surrounding area was very enjoyable. Would definitely book again.

This home was better than we could have ever expected! Beautiful views out back, beautiful/unique decor, incredibly clean, and had literally any and everything you could need. Kayaks, fishing poles, life jackets, and so much other outdoor equipment were provided, which made enjoying the water easy! I also loved how D made sure our dogs enjoyed vacation just as much as we did. Water bowls were conveniently placed around the property, along with dog toys and treats as well. This meant a lot to us! D responded quickly, and was so friendly and welcoming. It felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

Sheila, the owner, was fantastic to deal with. She responded quickly and made our stay very welcoming. We truly enjoyed the house. Great property with lots of amenities. Beautiful views with lots of fun places to hang out like the dock or the fire pit. We loved the property and will definitely return when we get back to Hot Springs. You won’t be disappointed.

The cottage was such a cozy place to stay. We had a beautiful view of the water, and although it rained during our stay, the porch was covered and we were still able to enjoy being outside. The deck was so relaxing, and the house was a perfect size for our 4 guest. We loved this stay, and it was absolutely perfect for our getaway.

My husband and I had an amazing getaway for our anniversary. Lakeside, in the woods, very serene. Absolutely loved it!

We stayed for the 4th of July and had a great time. The view from our cabin was amazing and we enjoyed spending time outside cooking and playing games. We do wish we had a washer and dryer at the house but other than that they had everything else you would need. We got two airbnbs #8 and #9 with a shared a patio and that was perfect! There is a slight walk down and up to the dock ramp but it’s doable. We put our boat in at a ramp about 20 minutes from the cabin and docked it at the dock every night - that’s just first come first serve so fingers crossed you find a spot! The kids loved making s’mores on the patio and all the outdoor activities.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very spacious and accommodated our party perfectly. It actually surpassed our expectations regarding amenities, and things to do on the property! We will definitely look to book this property again in the future. 5 stars all the way!!!

This was a great little cabin to stay in during my visit to Hot Springs.

This was an amazing stay! ❤️❤️ We had so much fun relaxing in the cabin, swimming, and playing putt putt! My kids didn’t want to leave our vacation. Did you see the pictures of the shower/tub?!! ❤️🚿🛀 The whole thing lights up at night, and we enjoyed our fire pit, a walk around the property, and playing putt putt after dark. Design and decor was gorgeous, and it seems like each cabin is a little different. I can’t wait to go back again and try out another cabin! This place is a gorgeous hidden gem in Hot Springs!

We had the best time at the Cabin. The view is amazing and my children loved the lily pad and kayaks. The water is also very shallow (about knee deep) across the river, so we went across on our last day and enjoyed being able to just stand and float around. Would definitely stay again. Colleen is a wonderful host.

Great cabin, had everything a family with kids could want. Easy access to water activities, great firepit, lovely cabin. Jeff is also a great guy - very nice & helpful. Our only complaint was visiting in May during high tick season, but Jeff warned us and supplied us with plenty of tick spray.

Great little retreat! The views are amazing! We had such a fun time exploring, playing in the water, and watching the geese with our toddler!
