* Proof of current vaccinations and anti-rabies shots is required.
* Guests must specify the number, type, and breed of pets when making a reservation. Some restrictions may apply. To ensure a comfortable stay for both you and your pet, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room.
* A service fee of Php1,000.00 per pet per night will be charged to maintain our accommodation standards. This covers necessary cleaning for our next guest. If room fumigation is needed due to pest infestation, an additional fee may be deducted from the security deposit.
* Upon check-in, a refundable pet security deposit of P2,000.00 per pet is required. This deposit serves as a guarantee for potential damages caused by pets. Guests are responsible for any property damage (including, but not limited to, accommodation rooms) and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. Jacuzzi and Swimming pool (Garden area)
As our esteemed guest, you have complimentary access to our pool and Jacuzzi. The pool maintains a uniform depth of 4 feet on both sides, with a maximum depth of 5 feet in the center. For safety reasons, we kindly request that adults supervise children as there is no lifeguard on duty. The pool is operational from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and any necessary cleaning is conducted outside of these hours. To maintain hygiene standards, we regret to inform you that pets are not permitted in the pool area, and all guests are required to take a shower before entering the pool. Shower facilities are conveniently located poolside and near the pump room. Please be advised that due to Tagaytay's cool climate and electricity capacity, our Jacuzzi may not reach high temperatures.
Pet Park (Serenity Garden)
The purrfect place to hang out with your furbabies. They can swim, run and play within the park premises. Rules and regulations apply.

For your audio-visual presentations, we have a projector and overhead screen available for only P2,500.00 for 3 hours and P500.00 for every succeeding hour. Guests have an option to bring and use their own projector for a minimal fee of P500.00/first 3 hours (inclusive of overhead screen usage).
Griller (All Garden areas/Main House Front Yard)
Rental cost at P500.00/use with 1 plastic of charcoal. Additional charcoal at P100.00/pack.
Bonfire (Campsite-Serenity Garden)
Bonfire set up at the campsite costs P2,000.00 with firewood. Firewood refill is at P500.00/batch. Subject to weather and availability.
Location shoot (Prenuptial/Pre-Debut Shoot)
Gain access to the hotel's communal spaces and a Family/Bridal Casita room unit for P10,000.00 opt for the Casita Room at P7,000 or the Stilt room unit at P5,000 for a five-hour video and photography session available from Sunday to Thursday.
Commercial Shoots
Use of our hotel common areas and a stand by area for fashion, brand or film projects at P4,000.00/hr. for Photo or Video and P5,000.00/hr. for Films.
Corkage and Re-heating of Food (Raw or cooked)
A corkage fee of P250.00 per dish is applicable for outside food brought into the hotel. Reheating of externally sourced food using the microwave incurs a charge of P200.00 per use. Special corkage regulations are in effect for banquets. No corkage fee is imposed for food purchased within the hotel premises.
Corkage on Drinks (Bottled or Canned)
The corkage fee for liquor or wine is P1,000.00 per bottle. For beer, soda, or other beverages, it is P2,000.00 per case or P100.00 per bottle/can if less than one case (two dozen). Banquets have specific corkage guidelines. There is no corkage fee for drinks purchased within the hotel premises.
Pay parking
Registered hotel guests are entitled to one (1) complimentary parking slot per room. Lost parking vouchers will have to pay our parking fee at P120/day/car for in-house guests and registered visitors.

Card and Keys
For added security, we've integrated a discreetly located safety deposit box inside your rooms, specifically within the clothes cabinet. We highly advise our guests to make use of it for the safekeeping of their valuable belongings. While we prioritize security, it's crucial to understand that management cannot be held responsible for any lost valuables. In cases of lost, misplaced, or damaged keys (whether for the room or safe), a charge of P500.00/key will be applied. Moreover, for any lost, damaged, or misplaced Ving Card, a charge of P1,000.00 will be enforced. Please be mindful that removing the room key from the Ving card is considered as damage.

* Upon check-in, a refundable pet security deposit of P2,000.00 per pet is required. This deposit serves as a guarantee for potential damages caused by pets. Guests are responsible for any property damage (including, but not limited to, accommodation rooms) and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. Jacuzzi and Swimming pool (Garden area)
As our esteemed guest, you have complimentary access to our pool and Jacuzzi. The pool maintains a uniform depth of 4 feet on both sides, with a maximum depth of 5 feet in the center. For safety reasons, we kindly request that adults supervise children as there is no lifeguard on duty. The pool is operational from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and any necessary cleaning is conducted outside of these hours. To maintain hygiene standards, we regret to inform you that pets are not permitted in the pool area, and all guests are required to take a shower before entering the pool. Shower facilities are conveniently located poolside and near the pump room. Please be advised that due to Tagaytay's cool climate and electricity capacity, our Jacuzzi may not reach high temperatures.
Pet Park (Serenity Garden)
The purrfect place to hang out with your furbabies. They can swim, run and play within the park premises. Rules and regulations apply.
Gift Shop (Reception Area)
Our very own souvenir shop will have a small space in our reception area. We will sell local delicacies and various merchandise items for you to enjoy while onsite or to take home.

USB MOVIE
You have the option to enjoy our selection of downloaded movies via USB for a fee of P300.00 per day.
Projector and Screen (Function Hall/Dining hall/Pavilion/Annex/ Serenity Garden)
For your audio-visual presentations, we have a projector and overhead screen available for only P2,500.00 for 3 hours and P500.00 for every succeeding hour. Guests have an option to bring and use their own projector for a minimal fee of P500.00/first 3 hours (inclusive of overhead screen usage).
Griller (All Garden areas/Main House Front Yard)
Rental cost at P500.00/use with 1 plastic of charcoal. Additional charcoal at P100.00/pack.
Bonfire (Campsite-Serenity Garden)
Bonfire set up at the campsite costs P2,000.00 with firewood. Firewood refill is at P500.00/batch. Subject to weather and availability.
Location shoot (Prenuptial/Pre-Debut Shoot)
Gain access to the hotel's communal spaces and a Family/Bridal Casita room unit for P10,000.00 opt for the Casita Room at P7,000 or the Stilt room unit at P5,000 for a five-hour video and photography session available from Sunday to Thursday.
Commercial Shoots
Use of our hotel common areas and a stand by area for fashion, brand or film projects at P4,000.00/hr. for Photo or Video and P5,000.00/hr. for Films.
Corkage and Re-heating of Food (Raw or cooked)
A corkage fee of P250.00 per dish is applicable for outside food brought into the hotel. Reheating of externally sourced food using the microwave incurs a charge of P200.00 per use. Special corkage regulations are in effect for banquets. No corkage fee is imposed for food purchased within the hotel premises.
Corkage on Drinks (Bottled or Canned)
The corkage fee for liquor or wine is P1,000.00 per bottle. For beer, soda, or other beverages, it is P2,000.00 per case or P100.00 per bottle/can if less than one case (two dozen). Banquets have specific corkage guidelines. There is no corkage fee for drinks purchased within the hotel premises.
Pay parking
Registered hotel guests are entitled to one (1) complimentary parking slot per room. Lost parking vouchers will have to pay our parking fee at P120/day/car for in-house guests and registered visitors.
Driver’s Room Accommodation
Subject to our occupancy rate and availability, we offer a shared room with toilet and bath for only P1,500.00/night with complimentary breakfast for drivers.

Card and Keys
For added security, we've integrated a discreetly located safety deposit box inside your rooms, specifically within the clothes cabinet. We highly advise our guests to make use of it for the safekeeping of their valuable belongings. While we prioritize security, it's crucial to understand that management cannot be held responsible for any lost valuables. In cases of lost, misplaced, or damaged keys (whether for the room or safe), a charge of P500.00/key will be applied. Moreover, for any lost, damaged, or misplaced Ving Card, a charge of P1,000.00 will be enforced. Please be mindful that removing the room key from the Ving card is considered as damage.
CHARGES DUE TO MISSING/ DAMAGED/ REMOVAL OF HOTEL PROPERTY
We reserve the right to charge, deduct from your security deposit and/ or send you an invoice for the claim(s) attributable to the room you occupy or items involved in an incident report through any oct or omission by yourselves or any of your visitors. Charge/Fee Varies but will be inclusive of the replacement costs including carriage, installation and/ or configuration (where required).
