Other things to note
1. All rates are subjected to service charge and prevailing government taxes, unless otherwise stated.
2. Surcharge may apply during peak seasons, eve of public holidays, convention & exhibition periods.
3. The management reserves the right to refuse or terminate room rental as it deem fit without prior notice.
4. The management reserves the right to review room rates as and when it deems necessary. Guests will be advised of any revision upon check-in.
5. For your convenience, all our rooms come with complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access, local phone calls, mineral water, tea, and coffee.
6. Check In & Check Out
If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room (before 2pm), we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM onwards, and checkout time is on or before 11:00 AM.
Early check-in request, between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM, is subject to availability.
Extension of check-out time is subject to availability.
A full day rate shall be imposed for late check-out after 1300hrs.
7. Deposit Policy
Pre-payment is required at the time of booking for selected room packages.
8. Shorten Stay Policy
If guest shortens his stay, the Hotel will impose a one night room charge as a last-minute cancellation, and refund the balance either through cash or credit card, depending on the first received payment mode. Administrative charges imposed by bank will be deducted accordingly.
This policy does not apply to selected offers or room packages which are non-refundable.
9. Extra Guests
Free of charge up to one child under 11 years old, staying in the parent’s or guardian’s room, and using the existing bedding. No extra bedding is available.
Children from 12 years of age and above shall be considered as an adult for the purposes of all reservation, and an extra charge of SGD50 per room per night applies. Breakfast (if available) will be chargeable.

11. The guest shall be responsible for the replacement / reinstatement of any items damaged through misuse or other act of abuse. This shall apply whether the damage was deliberate or accidental.
12. Eligible age to check-in and register for a room will be 18 years old.
