Guests are welcome to check in at anytime during these hours but should be noted that rooms are guaranteed ready from 2.00pm.

Once guests have checked in, they can freely come and go as they please with customized and safe access. Those who wish to check-in outside of guest services hours are most welcome to do so, however, prior arrangements must be made with our team to ensure a smooth and easy arrival.

It is for this reason we do ask all guests to advise of their arrival time so we can be sure of a smooth arrival and access to their prepared room.

Offsite parking is available and can be arranged upon check in. The 24hr carpark in about a 10 minute walk from the Hotel and is located at 9A Elizabeth Bay Road, Elizabeth Bay. Parking comes at a $25.00 rate per 24 hours.

Being a heritage building, the rooms are smaller than some modern hotels but offer an atypical and charming stay without compromising the comfort of your stay with all essential onsite amenities.
