I welcome you to my property in Jaisalmer, This bohemian Rajasthani guest house is located within the majestic royal Jaisalmer, it is now an oasis for the adventurous traveller, romantic couple, families, and maybe even some wanna be travel writers and artists.

With the charming views of the whole city from rooftop, you'll just never want to leave again!

The space
My property is very new but build in old style. This Haveli is located in Artist Colony, Near Sunset point. Such a location allows the guest to have access to a spectacular view of the whole city from roof top.
The room has the facilities of Air Conditioning, has a western toilet facility and you're provided with all the basic necessities to start with. The room has still the taste of history in it while being adorned with modern age amenities.

This room is known as the "King Suite" room with the large windows look out across the 'Golden City'. It got this nickname because of the colour of the local sand stone used to build the fort. The Rustic furnishings with custom made Sheesham wood furniture adorn this warm pink and yellow hand painted room illustrated with whimsical tribal and Hindu imagery, it might feel like you are transported to a gypsy caravan or Arabian Nights.

This simple yet charming property of mine has been recently has renovated creating updated guest accommodation with bathrooms. One thing that makes my property so unique is that the rooms and common spaces have artwork created by creative travelers that left their sweet marks of joy in the form of artwork.

I, Padam, the proprietor, belong from a local simple farming community. I bring the essence of local Rajastani life into the sweet rooms that I have designed and hand painted.

The bed is King-size, firm and comfortable, with crisp yet soft sheets and multiple pillows. There is televisions in room, riding camels on desert safaris, taking dancing lessons, checking out local farms and villages, being awe struck by Jaisalmer's historic sites, shopping, and eating Rajasthani food at many of Jaisalmer's delicious restaurants.

I, Padam warmly welcome you to my simple, fun, peaceful, and sometimes lively property which accommodates smart and adventurous backpackers, families with children, Indian families, globe trekkers, romantic couples, single travelers, artists, and everything in between. You will feel safe, well cared for, and happy at my place in magnificent Jaisalmer.

We have free WiFi which you can access anywhere inside the Guest House, & if you're interested for a free tour of the City or The fort, I'd be more than happy to take you.

The guests have access to the common areas such as the rooftop which has captivating views of the city even at night!

Other things to note
I offer free pick up service from the train station & the bus stand.
Also, Did I tell you that I organise Desert Camel Safaris as well where you get to enjoy Camel Rides, Have dinner in the desert, sleep under the stars and then have breakfast there too, which I can send you in a special offer!

Neighbourhood highlights

My place is located conveniently down a quiet side street. Down this cobble stoned street you will come into a sweet local residential square that grows a huge Peepal (bodhi tree). Now you will see multiple generations drinking chai and enjoying their time under it's majestic limbs.

There are also so many nooks and crannies to relax in. soak up the sun, do early morning yoga, or drink chai. You can pick from ancient love seats to a sun lit terrace balconies for the best view of the Jaisalmer Fort and city.

I am a Simple person from Small Village with big Dreams, I'm the first person in my family to get education, I worked as a Travel Agent in a world renowned travel company for 5 years and than I decided to quit my job and open a Small Guest House in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan which I am running right now. I'm in love with the concept of Traveling and I understand what a person needs when they're traveling.
My biggest concern is to make sure that my guests are comfortable and taken care of!
