Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Hotham Heights

Excellent location, a five-minute walk into town and all the great coffee shops and restaurants. Electric blankets on the bed and the heated bathroom floor were very welcome additions to a very comfortable home. Fiona was a great host, very welcoming and friendly in her communications with us.

We had such a great stay at Linda's place. Linda was really accommodating with an early check-in. The property exceeded expectations and had all the amenities and activities required to entertain the whole family. The house is really close and walking distance to everything Bright has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a private location off a slip road. Very close & easy walking to the lovely little town of Yackandandah. It has a great hotel, a good supermarket, pharmacy, cafes etc. Everything at the house was as described or better. Good kitchen with plenty pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Host provided bread, milk & eggs and there were cereals, jams, salt, pepper, oil and more. We used the main bedroom and it was roomy and the bed comfy. Our 2 small dogs loved the yard and slept in their dog beds in the large laundry. We would definitely return and happily recommend the house to others looking to visit Yackandandah.

Pops place was lovely for a family getaway. With a wonderful decking and massive backyard there was plenty of room for everyone. The home itself had such a nice homey feel and was decorated so well, with so many different places to rest & relax.

My dog and I had a wonderful, relaxing time staying at Shed ‘n’ Home. The surrounds are stunning with beautiful places to go walking and explore. The house was really nice, clean and very well equipped. Andrew was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Martyn was an incredible host, had some great local recommendations and sent through really easy to follow instructions for check in and all household ammenities. His place was beautiful, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of entertainment options for our rainy weekend stay. Would highly recommend Martyn’s place, location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to everything in town.

I stayed at Ayu N Peter’s for 4 nights. The house is everything you need, very clean, warm and comfortable as was the bedding. Ayu was attentive and happy to assist with any requests I had and as well as in relation to my little dog. Which I was so grateful for. Ayu is a great host, Bright is beautiful, and I will definitely be back to stay at their house next time I’m in Bright.

We had a very comfortable stay with my dog. It was our second time at Mad on the Buckland. Kay was an absolutely wonderful host. We didn’t know there was a festival happening in Bright until Kay kindly let us know. Thanks to that, we were able to visit Bright just in time and enjoy the festival without missing a thing. The location is perfect for visiting nearby places, and we had such a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Thank you, Kay!

We had a great few days at this cute little cabin. Our toddler loved feeding the chickens on the property. The fire made it so warm and cosy and Robert had set it up all ready for our arrival which was a nice touch. Everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a little country getaway. Thanks Robert!

We had a wonderful long weekend at the bungalow. Andrew and Christine were warm and welcoming. They did everything to accommodate our needs and were so kind to let us bring our dog to stay. We look forward to staying again ! Thank you

Jenni is lovely and friendly. We loved the personalised welcome note on our arrival, the cosy and lovely decorated place, So clean and comfy. I loved the outdoor aear too. Perfect location, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and 5 minutes drive to Bright's town centre. We will definitely be back again soon.

We had a fantastic stay at the Bright Tudor House! The home was incredibly spacious, perfect for our three family groups, with big rooms that gave everyone plenty of space to spread out. The kids especially loved the bunk beds and games room - hours of entertainment there! The house was warm and cosy, with a lovely fireplace and split heaters in every room, which made it perfect for chilly evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped, including all the utensils you could need and even a large air fryer, which came in handy. We also really appreciated the enclosed backyard - ideal for our small dogs to run around safely. The location was excellent too, just a short stroll to Bright's cafes, brewery, and restaurants. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a comfortable, well-appointed stay in Bright!

Wonderful winter stay at Upper Lurg. 3 couples could not have loved the house more on a cold weekend. Facilities and space were amazing with everything you could need. The pool looked a bit cool at 7 degrees but we could see outdoor summer entertaining being amazing, the spaces, the outdoor cooking area all looked amazing, was ready to crank up the pizza oven. If only the chickens were laying eggs. The location was amazing for the King Valley Wineries. Easy drive to all the Valley. Will plan another visit.

Great peaceful place in the forest, the ride to the place was bumpy but other than that everything was fine

Such a beautiful place - serene and quiet, well designed - we were only 2 so had our choice of bedroom! Each had its own unique character. The fireplace, lounge and kitchen on the ground floor were perfect - we had everything we needed to make a Christmas dinner. Shower was hot and lovely. Stunning views over the fields, wonderful birds came to visit. Kathy was welcoming and friendly and super helpful. Would 100% stay again. Thank you

Such a beautiful cosy pristine clean cottage, in beautiful Wandi with a lovely big enclosed garden, perfect stay for us & our two cavoodle dogs. Just magical in autumn & we were greeted with a lovely bottle of dessert wine & quality chocolates, and the wood fire going. Holly was always in contact to make sure we arrived safe, & with all we needed to know about the cottage & local restaurants etc. We’ve been to Bright many many times & we’ll definitely come back to stay here. One of our favourites! Thank you so much

Wow! Wow! Wow!!!!! Jamie and Steph’s place is like a scene from Yellow Stone, the place looks amazing 🤩 in the photos, but it’s even better! In real life. The house is situated and designed to have breath taking views no matter where you are in the house, it’s super clean and superbly functionally organised. Jamie and Steph were quick to respond and gave fabulous recommendations for swimming in the area, my family loved the stay and did not want to go home, neither did our dogs, lol, their is a lot of land, our dogs were in dog heaven being able to roam around the large gated area of the home. We plan to visit here every year, it was that good 😌 you won’t know how good until you actually experience it, you won’t regret it, infact, kinda don’t want everyone to go, then you may get my spot😅 but this place needs to be shared. Hope you have a experience to rave about like we did 😉

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Grey Wolf. We got off to a rocky start as we were not able to fit snow chains to our car but with the help of Melinda and Steve from 3741 Adventures we were able to get up the mountain safely. We didn’t end up seeing any snow but we had the most amazing and relaxing few days in Dinner Plain exploring and snuggling up in front of the fire. Melinda was an absolute delight to deal with and we can’t thank her enough for her outstanding hospitality and generosity. Our border collie was especially pleased with the dog treats Melinda left for him. We would 100% recommend coming and staying here and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks again Melinda, you were a star! ⭐️

Couldn’t find a better place to admire our beautiful Victorian high country with family. The house kept up lovely and toasty on the cold winter mornings as we watched families of deer feeding on the lawn in front of us. What a stunning and truely special place Tania has…not to be missed.

Beautiful, super clean and spacious shack in a peaceful and private location. Beds were sooo comfy, well equipped kitchen and the fireplace was cosy. We enjoyed the walking tracks down to the river with the dogs and sitting on the deck with a wine in the evenings looking over the river.

Beautiful tiny house on the farm, surrounded by cows, kangaroos and even a wombat! Host made us feel so welcome and the place was spotless. Our pup loved exploring along the creek and playing with the neighbour’s dog too!
