My husband wanted a quiet, peaceful place to stay to unwind from city living for a long 4-day weekend. This cabin met that criteria perfectly. It provided tranquility and comfort without any sacrifices. It was very warm and inviting once inside, and felt like home. If this helps anyone, my husband wanted to drive the Tail of the Dragon (about an hour and a half away) and was bringing his sports car. Before booking, one of our concerns was the driveway and parking situation due to the cars low ground clearance. The host was quick to respond to our questions and put our mind at ease. The driveway is gravel and it is a short distance from the roadway but there were no issues with parking. The property is sports car friendly. Overall we enjoyed our experience and will definitely stay here again if it is available.

We really enjoyed this space, it was so quite up at the top of this hill and the house was so well stocked! My wife loved all the bathroom supplies and how everything was set up. Really an excellent host! Not just renting a space but you feel right at home.

Beds were comfortable. Gorgeous views. Tia responded in a quick manner. Grill is in a covered area which was nice. Make sure to read her instructions to get to cabin. GPS will take you up a gravel road that has erosion. Do not use the link for address on Air BnB. (USE HER INSTRUCTIONS) I used the link thinking that was her instructions but she will send you in a different direction which is a paved road

Hidden Oasis Escape minutes from Blue Ridge & more

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and it was terrific. The pond and view from the house deck is spectacular and it was very relaxing just hanging out there sipping coffee or drinking a cold beverage. The house is very comfortable and clean too....all the amenities you could want are there. We did some sightseeing in the downtown area of Murphy, NC and did some hiking in the area. Downtown Blueridge is close by and we hit that scene one afternoon. We did fish several times during our stay and we caught a few largemouth bass and one yellow perch from the pond. The water that feeds the pond is from a nearby spring and you can constantly hear the sound of rushing water when you're outside the house...it is very relaxing and the property is very remote....so no neighbors nearby and it is very private. All in all, Krystal's property is wonderful, it is very scenic and quiet, and we'd definitely stay there again in the future.
