The Cottage

Beautiful rural two-storey gîte in ancient Normandy Long House in tranquil location close to Carentan, Utah Beach and D-Day Experience Museum. Located in the Les Marais Natural Park, surrounded by wildlife including horses, hares, and herons. Beautiful swimming pool open end May to end August. You will have access to a games room with a pool table and ping pong. We are unable to accommodate pets. Please also check out our other adjacent gîte - called 'Les Etables' or 'The Stables'.

Nos amis les animaux sont les bienvenus, ils auront un jardin privatif et clos. Bouteille de mousseux offerte! Machine à pain juste à côté.

Internet access/Wi-Fi A large terrace giving access to the outside from the 3rd bedroom Located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the RN13 surrounded by horses.

Charming and historic house

At the turn of a path, you'll come across this imposing building, an old flour mill that's more than a hundred years old. You can enjoy the calm of the place or let yourself be surprised by one of the many hiking trails. They will take you to the heart of the bocage, marshes and historical sites related to DDAY. We wanted to keep traces of the past of this place, while paying the utmost attention to your comfort. Our cottage is rated 4*.

Delphine and Didier welcome you to their historic property La Princerie, located in the quiet countryside in Sainte Marie du Mont. You will find restaurants, bars and shops within a 10-minute walk. Its main reputation is that it was the first village liberated in June 1944. You can visit its beautiful church. Utah landing beach is just a few kilometers away, a huge stretch of sand where you can walk. Not suitable for children under 12.

In a 17th century manor, an independent part welcomes you. Spacious rooms with period features. Green and rejuvenating setting. The accommodation offers 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people, and a bathroom. A living/dining room. Ideally located 5 km from Utah Beach, you will be immersed in the history of the landings.
