The house is located in a very quiet and relaxing area by the beach (3min walking distance from the sea). The sea can be seen from some rooms and ocean waves stunning sounds can be heard in your sleep between 2am-4am. The villa is located in the middle of Grand Popo. Not far from the place Nonvitcha. Beach accessories, bicycle, small speakers, badminton set etc. are available for beach parties. A huge living room available for meals and visitors. Each room has it own shower and toilet.

The space was very clean, with enough storage space and very modern sanitary facilities. The location was central and therefore perfect for visiting the center of Ouidah. The tropical garden and pool were enchanting. The added bonus is certainly the hearty breakfast and made of local products. Sylvie and her staff were attentive throughout our stay. We recommend it!

My stay at Andoche's in Ouidah was exceptional! Her place is more than just an Airbnb - it's a real exposure. Between sculptures and paintings, each piece reveals artwork that captivates and inspires. Andoche is a complete artist whose passion for voodoo enriches the experience immensely. He shares his knowledge with such fervor that you can only be fascinated. She is a person you never get bored with, guaranteeing a stay as informative as it is pleasant. In addition to its Airbnb, Andoche has an exhibition gallery in Ouidah. I highly recommend going to check it out and take memories. I recommend this unique experience to anyone who wants to experience the cultural richness of Ouidah while enjoying a warm and authentic welcome. Thank you Andoche for everything!

Awesome place. You'll be right on the coast, right next to lots of local village huts (but Michelle's place is inside a locked gate). It would have been hard to find, but Michelle was sure to send someone out to meet me and the check-in process was great. It's a wonderful spot especially if you're going to the Vodun festival - a hefty walk but very worth not dealing with the traffic and parking situation. If you want a spartan, authentic experience in Ouidah right inside a local village but still feeling secure, with running water and a nice bed, this is the place for you. Just be aware it's not like a hotel - no AC, no luxury, minimal (but dependable!) electricity. Some local villagers might not be super excited to see you but some are. It was a great adventure. It's exactly what I wanted!
