Hayley's place is everything you could want when staying in Biggleswade! Just a quick walk from the train station that can take you to London in about an hour, it gives you the perfect small town vibe. The flat is close to Asda for any shopping you may need to do, and directly behind the High Street with tons of pubs and cafes. That flat itself had plenty of amenities and was spotless. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend for your next stay in Biggleswade!

Very functional apartment, ideal for people who need to go early in the airport like us. Smart tv, breakfast items (cereal, coffee, milk) etc. It has a small yard too, with beautiful fairy lights :)

What a marvellous little gem!. A beautiful , immaculate self contained unit, with everything one needs for an overnight stay. Shane and his wife were the perfect hosts. Really appreciated the extra little touches, like breakfast things and toiletries. Can't praise this place enough!

We enjoyed our 1 night stay. Everything was as expected including milk, tea and coffee, amenities, rooms etc. We were able to flexibly check in when we wanted which was very helpful. The place was very clean and exactly as described with a helpful book on how to work everything. Great stay overall prior to the MK Marathon

I had a wonderful stay. I was born and bred in Ampthill and I needed a place to stay so that I could visit my family. This was absolutely perfect and Mark and Nicole were wonderful hosts. I was made to feel very welcome, and having Mark and Nicole living right next door was very helpful. It was very nice to get to know them and they were always willing to help if I needed anything. (Which I didn’t because they had already thought of EVERYTHING). The house is beautiful and extremely comfortable. The house is in a perfect location, short walking distance away from the town, but far enough away from being in the hustle and bustle of the busy town centre. I would absolutely like to stay here again the next time I visit my family.

My family and I had a wonderful time, the house was spotless and just as advertised. We appreciated the little welcoming touches and having a back garden to chill in. Michael was very responsive and we felt right at home.

This is a lovely little flat on a farm. The rooms are good sizes and the beds comfortable. It was very clean and there was a nice welcome pack with eggs and cake! There is an outdoor area attached to the cottage and the rest of the farm and campsite to explore. It was great for us with a toddler as there was a playground on site. It is a nice 15 minute walk to the village. Angie and her family were really friendly and helpful. We had a great holiday and would stay again!

Nigel was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, but still just a quick and easy train ride into London. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the warm hospitality. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

A beautiful location very peaceful place got everything you need in the Annex very clean comfortable homely feeling. If you are looking to get away from a busy life enjoy some me time then I would recommend you book a stay in the Annex enjoy the views long walks sit at the local pub. there is a local town Onley that you can go out to eat few pubs coffee shops get your shopping from or you can drive out to Milton Keynes shopping centre which is only 20 minutes away.

Our actors stayed at Nancy's house while rehearsing with us. Nancy was great at communicating with us about check in/out and helping us with any questions they had during their stay. It is a wonderful home from home for our actors. We look forward to our future stays.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Manor croft. Whether you're looking for a quiet gateway or just a peaceful night in the countryside, this place is perfect and highly recommended. Iris’ place was a fabulous base for our stay. We have friends in Hitchin and they commented on what a nice area it was and how immaculate the flat was. Iris was incredibly responsive - we had to wait only minutes at most for responses if we hit a glitch. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again. If you’re looking for a base that’s a little out of the chaos of London, with green fields for a break, you should consider Iris’ place.

We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie's beautiful apartment and were very impressed with the contemporary decor and modern furnishings. Everything was recently renovated, squeaky clean and surprisingly spacious. The location was perfect for our visits to the St A cathedral, museums and nearby restaurants. This was our first experience with a BNB where the "host" was not onsite, and being elderly and not tech-savvy, we might have been better off at the St Albans Travelodge at half the cost, but the accommodations wouldn't have been nearly as nice. Pro Tip 1: Do not attempt international travel unless you are sure your mobile phone will work correctly at your destination. Pro Tip 2: Nando's 15 meters east of the flat has free wifi. Pro Tip 3: The "synthetic" setting on the wash machine takes 3.5 hours but your clothes will be completely dry at the end of the cycle. The only negative is the array of trash bins surrounding the entrance but once up on the first floor they are out of sight.

I am local to the area and had family visiting but not enough room at my house. I was so pleased to have found this accommodation in Caldecotte. Judy was a fantastic host, so accommodating, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The flat was Impeccably clean and had everything there they needed. Furnished really well and just a lovely place to stay as well as being in very close proximity to the beautiful lake. I’d definitely book it again and my family said it was perfect and they’ll be back to stay there again soon. Thanks so much Judy!

This is one of the best short stays I’ve had. It is a lovely new apartment where Kam. It was ideal for the three of us because we cooked and made the most of the kitchen. Having a parking was a huge bonus. I appreciated the guidebook with local recommendations and went to the nearby Aquadrome and loved it. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. A really well thought out space and a top hosting experience. Thank you.

A luxurious flat - like a five star hotel. A real gem. Had the best night sleep in super comfortable bed with soft bedlinen and fluffy pillows. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. well equipped kitchen. Living room is spacious with large screen TV and cozy sofa area. The place was so peaceful that I could open balcony doors and enjoy the good weather. Hitchin a great weekend getaway from London. Short walk from Hitchin station to flat. Short walk to beautiful Hitchin with bars, restaurants and shops. Sima was great host and very responsive. highly recommend staying at her beautiful place.

The apartment is lovely and spacious. Perfect for two couples. Walking distance from shops and lovely pubs and restaurants. Two bathrooms was great and the kitchen was well stocked and there is a Nespresso coffee machine which was a lovely touch. Thanks for hosting us!
