The Cosy Flat offers a delightful blend of modern amenities and homely touches, ensuring a memorable stay in the Scottish Borders. Accessibility Information: The flat is a two-level maisonette. Entry to the property involves a set of stairs, and there are internal stairs connecting the two levels. The toilet and bathroom are located on the first level, while the bedroom is on the upper level. While many guests find the layout comfortable, it may not be ideal for those with limited mobility.

Forestgrove is a Georgian House built circa 1840 set in a quiet street five minutes walk to Kelso town centre. This is a perfect base to explore the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. Guests will have the entire basement floor complete with bedroom with shower, separate lounge/living room and WC. Tea and coffee fresh milk facilities are provided free of charge .Couples with small baby or toddler welcome. There is a sofa bed available which will attract a £10 per stay surcharge for linen.

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.
