Amazing year-round cottage with lake view

The house is located overlooking the lake upper brocken. There's water on both sides of the house. It is a year-round cottage with heating cables on all floors. There are three bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower and sauna. The living room is high ceilings with kitchen and fireplace. The porch goes around the whole house, so you can follow the sun and barbecue outside. At the campsite you can rent a canoe, swim,fish or cycle. In the autumn you can pick mushrooms and berries. In the winter there is ice fishing, snow scooter trails and skiing.

Summer cottage/cabin by Grundsjön

Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Cozy cabin in the woods.

Red little cabin in the woods, right on a small river. Nice and quiet, as well as a short distance to nice hiking terrain. Here you can relax and enjoy all the sounds of the forest, and hear the river whistle quietly past below the cabin. In the summer months it is possible to fish for trout in the river. Road all the way, and parking on your own property. Short way into Östmark where there is a grocery store and gas station. There is about 5 km to the swimming area in the sea Kläggen and about 25 km into Torsby.

The village is 15 min. north of Torsbyn and the ski tunnel. In the disused village school Fjällbacka, now the residence of the host couple Uffe and Randi, there is this item. The apartment is located at the foot of Hovfjället. With car, it is an 8 minute drive to Hovfjällets ski lift, a variety of signposted and divinely beautiful hiking trails. The surroundings are known for offering a rich access to berries and mushrooms. In winter, there are rich opportunities for cross-country skiing and ice fishing.

Högåsen a comfortable lakeside home in Torsby

The cottage is located with a lake view of the lake velen with only 10 minutes from Torsby city center. Some amusements located nearby are Hovfjället with ski resort and snowmobile trails, Torsby ski tunnel with cross-country skiing all year round. If you enjoy hiking, a trip up to Skallastugan is recommended up on the mountain, to see the beautiful nature. With the beachfront location to Lake Velen, there are nice opportunities for both fishing and swimming. Boat to hire.

Whether it is here in winter, when the ice floes drift down the river at their most beautiful, or in summer, when you enjoy your own fine sandy beach and take a river trip by boat, you decide! The house, built in 2018, has been built to be winter-proof under modern aspects. A well with drinking water quality is a matter of course here. The house also has its own fishing rights!
