Such a lovely spot! Arrived to a kitchen stocked with breakfast goodies and snacks. Beautiful views of the valley. Super cozy spot with heaters and blankets. Very quiet and peaceful. Bit of a bumpy road in (especially for low suspension cars), but the owners followed us in to make sure we were safe, so top tier service, for sure! Would highly recommend, and will definitely be back.

We used it for a Leadership Retreat and the house suited us very well. The use of the boardroom and restaurants made it a nice one-package deal. The stunning view was a nice extra!

Such a lovely spot! It exceeded our expectations. We stayed 2 nights with our little Staffie - such a big yard for him to run around in. Loved that it was fenced off so we could just relax knowing he wasn’t wondering off. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone

The Watering Hole is a beautiful and idyllic property in a magnificent location. The hosts are friendly, accommodating and left personal messages and treats for us to enjoy. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will book there again if needed.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Forest House on 20 Arlington Drive, Hilton. The property is nestled in a serene, lush forest setting — peaceful, private, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was clean, beautifully furnished, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Darrell the caretaker, was warm, responsive, and made check-in seamless. Thoughtful touches like fresh towels and quality linens made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck overlooking the trees — ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. We would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for tranquility and charm in Hilton. Can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic family stay at this lovely house! The yard was perfect for our two kids to play safely, with plenty of space to explore and enjoy the outdoors. The scenic views of nature were breathtaking and added a peaceful touch to our trip. The house was clean, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay with Sabelo! It far exceeded our expectations—a beautiful, large, and spacious home set in a peaceful and stunning environment! Sabelo sent a pin location and so it was easy to find the location, however, the road after some heavy rains was very muddy and we got stuck in the mud. But, Sabelo and the team were stars and helped us get out the mud & looked out for us the entire stay! We were met by Nomsa when we arrived, who came in daily to light the fire, clean the kitchen and make the beds. The kitchen was fully kitted out with a stove, oven, airfryer and smeg toaster and kettle. Plenty of dining area space, large living room and TV area. Lovely surroundings, perfect for a peaceful walk. A really great location for a family getaway!

I stay here every time I visit Hilton area. Perfect location and wont stay anywhere else. They also go out their way for special requests or needs as I have needed on one or two situations.

George's place was amazing. Reggie was the highlight of our trip. He is a wonderful gentleman, so helpful and friendly. We had great chats with him and enjoyed his company. We will definitely be back. Superb little cottage with absolutely beautiful views. The starts at night were something else altogether. Thank you very much for having us.

This is a cosy spacious cottage in a beautiful setting. Having the restaurant on site is an added bonus. The road leading to the venue is a gravel road but well graded and maintained so is not an issue Alveera and Nuresh are great hosts and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay Will definitely stay again

We loved our stay at Hum Lilly - even allowed to bring our little pooch which was an added bonus. Very private setting. Road is a bit of a challenge when it rains but doable (we have sedans and it was fine, just very muddy). The place has a lovely feel to it. It's basic in terms of supplies as it's self catering so make sure you bring things, as it's not like you can just pop to the shops if you run out (like we did!). We wouldn't hesitate to book there again. Loved the fire place in the lounge, the beds were SUPER comfy and all in all, I would recommend it. Certainly worth staying at :)

A little hard to locate with the driveway overgrown and the sign was not visible so really difficult to find specially at night. The host was extremely helpful and drove out to find us and take us in. The location was simply amazing, peaceful and I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Mooi River.
