The house is in the pine forest area and 100m from the beach, it is minimalist style and very comfortable, since to ensure accessibility, we arranged on the ground floor the master double bedroom with a 150cm bathroom bed "en suite" bathroom and another room with double bed 135 cm double bed. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 indiv.) and double bed.

The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Near the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.
