Liana's apartment was the perfect space in the perfect place. I would have liked to stay a few more days, but the apartment was already booked for those days. It has everything you need. The atmosphere inside is pleasant, I felt completely at home. In addition, the contact with Liana - as far as necessary - was very pleasant. It was also nice that I was able to check out a little later, so I could comfortably bridge the time to the next address. I would like to come back here on my next visit to Yerevan.

The house is very large and new, the location is very good, it is in an alley in the city center, it is very convenient and quiet at the same time

This is a small and nice studio apartment. Very clean and quite. Has a beautiful view from the balcony. Though it is a street view, the gigantic trees make in front of the building make you feel like you're in the forest 🌲❤️ Armine was very kind and responsive 🌻

Marina was an excellent host! The location is very good, the apartment is very complete and it was very clean. She also allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment before check-in time, we liked it very much.

I had the best stay it felt like I was staying at a luxury five star hotel not an apartment. The accommodation was lovely , beautiful and spotless. Amenities were all catered for, it had a very comfy bed and a smart TV. It’s about a ten minute walk to the cascade complex and the shop under the apartment was very handy. I had a truly wonderful stay at Rafael’s apartment in the center of Yerevan. The location is absolutely perfect — everything you could want is just a short walk away: cafes, shops, sights, and public transport. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was super accurate to the photos and details on Airbnb, which I really appreciated. Everything was spotless — the cleanliness of the home was impressive, and it felt fresh and welcoming from the moment I stepped inside. Rafael was a fantastic host: kind, responsive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The apartment was well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with all the essentials for a great stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yerevan. I would definitely choose Rafael’s apartment again!

Almost new apartment in a quiet area near the city center,beds are comfortable,shower with great pressure,elevator, we had a lot of luggage. I mistakenly booked the apartment a day earlier, the funds were non-refundable,but with the help of Michael the money was returned to the account,I recommend as a friendly professional!

It is not the first time I am staying in this apartment and I love it! The apartment is quiet, spacious, and with the amazing view. Michael is also an amazing host who always responds quickly and more than ready to help. p.s. The previous guest’s review is simply not true.

The place is spacious and very well equipped - perfect for a stay with children. Location is vert nice too: Yerevan centre is 15 mins walk, the subway is 5 mins walk. The host - Ara - responds within minutes and everything just works. Thank you Ara - we had a great time at your place!

A large spacious apartment with an interesting design. Excellent location in the city center, two supermarkets are nearby. The apartment is in excellent condition, everything is clean, there is everything you need. I was satisfied with the stay.

Great flat. I can absolutely recommend. Very clean. Looks qs on pictures. Two very clean bathrooms. It looks like on pictures. Very nice kitchen and living room. We loved to sit on balcony in the evening. Restaurants, Cafés and sights very closeby. Host was very nice.

We chose an apartment to meet a large family. We were 6 adults and a child and the apartment was perfect for us. Just like on the photo. Three large bedrooms and a social area. We could spend a comfortable time together and relax. We often ate at home, everything is prepared for this. There is also a delicious sushi restaurant, coffee shop, shops in the house. A very cozy and well-maintained courtyard, with children's playgrounds and security, the child played football with local children. We took a taxi to the center. They are very inexpensive in Yerevan. From the terrace you can see Mount Ararat. Everything was organized well with the host, all agreements were observed. All relatives and child and grandparents are very happy! Recommended!

The unit was fantastic so clean and modern. Very conveniently located near to shop and restaurant. There are a lot of cabinets space and storage. The unit was well equipped there were even snacks and food for us. Allah utensils and household items are brand new and fully functioning. The unit is even better than a 5 star hotel. There was a home entertainment system with surround sounds including in the bathroom and the kitchen also. Even though there was only one Aircon unit it was sufficient and cooled the whole apartment. We love the unit so much! RECOMMENDED!

Great place to stay in Yerevan. Lovely balcony, excellent host (good communication in English), working air conditioner. 10 minute safe walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Ruzanna is very accommodating and welcoming. The place is centrally located but is adjacent to a very busy public park with people enjoying the outdoor restaurants and cafes with loud music. It is noisy at night but closing windows usually solves the issue. The apartment is on the first floor with only one flat of stairs. The place is big and nice but needs some minor repairs and upgrades to make it more comfortable and enjoyable.

Great place very close to everything. The bus station is also right around the corner. Spacious and really quiet at night.

A very nice stay in a very comfortable and very clean apartment, located in a lively area of Yerevan, but overlooking a very quiet courtyard! The owner was good advice and very responsive (as soon as we arrived at the airport!), and he came to welcome us on site. We would definitely recommend it!

From the very first contact David was very accomodating to all my requests. He provided detailed/video instructions of how to find the place, the parking. Responded to every message within a minuet or less. Generously provided with all personal care products. As a host, I rate him 5 out of 5. The apartment is big and specious, well laid out, equiped with all essential items for comfort. The location is fantastic, walking distance from 24/7 supermarket, fresh bakery, cafes and restaurants, shops for little shopping therapy if you wish and much more. I loved the security of the building with 24/7 monitored security, working lift. Definitely good value. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely visit again.
