Stayed here for the second time, everything was great

Arpi's place is a very good option if you enjoy the raw aesthetics of loft places. It has everything you need and more. One thing that I really want to point out is that there's a balcony and the views from it are very peaceful and calming. I personally enjoyed working from it a lot. There were some difficulties with routing the delivery couriers to the entrance, and the place itself being in a building with no elevator at the last floor. However that didn't make my trip any worse as I'm a bit used to that in Armenia.

Happy to choose this place, very clean and all amenities are complete and intact. I highly recommend Alina’s place ( happy house ) the name itself represent’s its worth. I will be back in time. 😊

Karen and Tanya are wonderful people with very kind personalities. We liked them a lot. They were helpful, responsive, and kind throughout our stay. The apartment was very cozy and felt like home to us. It was neat and clean, with two spacious terraces and perfect green view. We came to visit our family, and everyone fell in love with both the hosts and the flat. If we ever come back to Yerevan, we will definitely choose to stay with them again and again.

Everything is good except that there is no microwave and there is no water at nights. So if you come at home after a bar at 2 am you probably will not be able even to wash your hands which is very annoying. Some of the districts in armenia have this problem, but some are not. Wifi is great, I was working all days during the month, no problem. Having the low price and located at komitasa street this apartment is a good choice I think.

The most responsive hosts I've met in my life! Always ready to answer any questions about check-in, the apartment and the city. We showed how everything works in the apartment, I didn't have to look for anything myself. We were also available at any time. If possible, we will stay with Nelly each of our trips

Tatev is Extremely Helpful. Her apartment is Amazing, With a woman's touch. The building is having low level renovations, So there's no construction noise. The location is two blocks from Gold's gym. In the community there is Fresh food everywhere, A 3 minute walk past Gold's gym is a larger Food market where the staff can also cook any of the protein choices to your desired specifications. The fish are still alive in the display tank, With a friendly staff and a taxi service near by. Across the street from the apartment next to the bakery is a bus stop. There are larger shopping areas in both directions within a 10 minute walk. Tatev will easily help you with any questions. The Views are postcard perfect, With mountains and the local community. And, The faucet water is better than most bottle water. The elevators work. But, if you like to exercise take the 12 floor challenge for a quick cardio workout. This is a great deal for the price.

Gayane is a fantastic host, kind, caring, responsive and precise. I was very happy with the spotless and cleanliness of Gayane's apartment. I felt right at home from the first night. The location is also very close to Markets, shops and there are many restaurants around to enjoy the stay. The area is also very walkable and close to the Metro which is a 10-15 minutes ride to the Yerevan center. Overall, I give it a 5* and strongly recommend Gayane's place to anyone both for a short or long term stay in Yerevan. Many thanks.

It is rather unusual, but nice and cozy place great for short-term stay. Vahram was very nice and he and his wife left a fruit platter for me which was very pleasant to have after a long trip. This place is very good especially for this price

Marina's place was fantastic - spotlessly clean, very spacious, very modern and quite, great value for money and perfectly placed . Communication was flawless and finding the place went very smoothly. Great apartment, great location, and great host - thank you Marina for always being so helpful and responsive! We stayed in Michael’s apartment for a little over two months, and during this time, we encountered minimal issues, which were rare. For short-term stays, future guests are unlikely to face any problems. The main drawback we encountered was the weak water pressure in the shower. However, once we informed the host, Michael, he promptly arranged for a new high-quality pump to be installed the next day. While this didn’t fully resolve the issue, Michael’s responsiveness was impressive. He was always quick to respond, even late at night or early in the morning, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment is well-equipped with a wide range of household appliances, making it suitable for long-term stays. The neighborhood is pleasant, but not touristy, with all essential amenities nearby, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and hair salons. It’s also convenient to get to the city center, with affordable taxi options in Yerevan. Overall, the apartment is spacious, cozy, and bright. Strong 5/5

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. Great place very close to everything. The bus station is also right around the corner. Spacious and really quiet at night.

Very nice place. The lady who gave and collected the key arrived just on time exactly when we arranged beforehand. The apartment itself is not very new but in good condition and clean. There were basic cooking utensils, dishes, shampoo, detergent and other basics. The sofa is very comfortable and soft and the bed was pleasant to sleep on. All appliances are of good quality and fully functional. There is even a small dishwasher! The AC worked great even though the windows face south and there was 35C outside. The neighbourhood is very walkable and felt safe. Even though there is a busy Komitas ave nearby the place was quiet at night but the curtains are thin and the sun might wake you up early. As other reviews noted the water pressure in the shower is somewhat low and there is a delay before the water heats up, but after a few moments the temperature becomes stable and I can't say I had any trouble taking showers over 10 days. The internet was fast and stable for work and videos. There is no elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor which is fine for me, but when you enter the building at night you have to take 2-3 steps in the dark before the light turns on which is not a big deal. Overall I enjoyed my stay a lot and would recommend this place.

Highly recommended. The apartment is 100% as photos. It is new and well decorated with a modern design. It is located at the 14th floor with a great view to Ararat mountain. It is located in a quiet area with a distance of 6 km to city center,reachable by a taxi or a bus passing in front of the building. Bakery,pharmacy and mini market located directly next to it with 10 seconds walking. Armen is a super host, a trustful and helpful person. He is ready to do anything you ask for, always responsive and ready to meet all your desires

Amazing and wonderful place for comfortable vacation stay with super view of the city. The host, Rubens family were friendly and accommodating and treated us like their family. We are grateful for that we found new friends like them.
