Its proximity to numerous restaurants, as well as being just a short drive from both the beach and city center, made it an ideal home base for exploring the area. Hidden oasis of paradise, we enjoyed our stay immensely. We stayed comfortably as a family of 5 and 3 extra extended family. The pool is right at the front door for timeless enjoyment. Close enough to shops and far enough not to hear crazy cars and partying. Most definitely would come back to this place with Mr Pathanin as our incredible, welcoming host.

Amazing place for anyone who looks for a quiet vacation. The house looks even better than the pictures. There is plenty of room and the kitchen is awesome. The bed is super comfortable. The house is on the most quiet street in town. Just two minutes walk from the nearest 7 eleven. And about 5 minutes walk from the local foid market. This is a really good deal. Highly recommended for anyone who loves a peaceful and quiet vacation near the swimming pool.

All the facilities are brand new, the sofa and bed are very comfortable, and the air conditioning is powerful. The house is located in a quiet, gated community with security. You can also order Grab Food delivered right to the doorstep which is very convenient. Staff come to clean the swimming pool every two days. Fabian coordinates the cleaning schedule well, respecting our privacy. Before our arrival, Fabian sent a video guide on how to find the house, and its location is also easily accessible. He also sent me some restaurant recommendations and that was a very thoughtful touch.

Great place in the countryside but only a 15 minute drive (max) to Hua Hin - Ideal for families away for a relaxing time, awesome swimming pool.

I recently had my first-ever Airbnb stay, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I booked, Philippe was an incredible host. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a perfect stay. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and had everything I could possibly need. Philippe's attention to detail was remarkable. What truly made the experience special was Philippe's exceptional hospitality. He was always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and even helped me with renting Motorbike. While the location is a bit outside of Hua Hin, I found it easy to get around with a scooter. The peaceful surroundings were a welcome escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Hidden gem! Jiranapa is a caring host and very responsive. Stayed for 1 month w/ 2 adults and 2 toddlers. The Villa is clean, modern, and equipped with tons of amenities. The washing machine is on the back patio and works great. The WiFi was pretty good too. The shared pool is only 50 feet from your back patio, it’s nice and never busy. The beach nearby is only a 5 min walk! It’s not a good swimming beach but it’s very clean. Kids enjoy playing in the sand. There’s horse riding, restaurants, cheap smoothies, massages + more. The massages by the beach are amazing and are only 300 baht/hr. It’s a very relaxing and quiet beach with hardly any salesman! Nearby the Villa there’s a Pizza Company, 7-Elevens, Wednesday night market and more, all within 8 min drive. There’s a 5 star resort around the corner (Veranda) and you can buy a coffee there and use all their beachfront amenities for free. We did end up renting a scooter and the Villa has a covered private carport for vehicles. 10 STARS!

We had a wonderful 4 nights at Da's place. iIt is even better than the photos. such a huge space and very thoughtfully designed. AC works great, beds and sofa are comfy, one of the best equipped stays we have had! The location is perfect - a little out of the main busy area so it's nice and quiet but a quick 5 min drive into the main area. still plenty of shops + restaurants within walking distance. Superb pool with view overlooking the beach book this place - you will not regret it!

A wonderful and Thai authentic Villa. Right next to the 8th hole, looking over the lake.. Beautiful pool and a very nice outdoor space. 3 Very nice bedrooms. Perfect communication with the owner will recommend her to everybody.

Geir's house was perfect for our family trip to Hua Hin. We especially loved the pool and outdoors kitchen! Oke thing that wasn't mentioned on the description of the house, was that there was a water dispenser at the house, which we could get refilled when Geir's team came and picked up trash. This meant that we were saved from having to pick up large amount of drinking water to the family, which was awesome! I can highly recommend this house!

The place is spacious and clean. The large swimming is definitely a highlight of the house. The house with 4 rooms and equipped with toilets for each rooms, friendly for a large family. The down side of the house is the location is a bit far from the city centre, and the water pressure is insufficient, but we enjoy the stay anyway and the price is quite reasonable. Will recommend to others.

We had a wonderful and unforgettable time. Thanks to the hosts and their team, we immediately felt at home. No matter what, they were always easily reachable and very helpful. They accommodated us with every request, and we developed a very warm and familiar relationship. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful place. Amazing chill location at a great price

We had a great stay at Villa Margot. It’s the perfect spot for a family getaway from Bangkok. We came with friends and our kids, and the house had everything we needed—plenty of space, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely garden for the kids to play in. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance, which made things easy. The layout of the house gave everyone enough privacy, and the kids could nap undisturbed while the rest of us enjoyed the day. Peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed to unwind.

An amazing villa, we would definitely stay here again. Total bills for 8 days came to 1400 THB which we thought was reasonable for the amount of air con use. The pool was the perfect size for two of us and we enjoyed the outdoor patio area where we could play pool. Overall we had a really relaxing stay and looking forward to returning next year!

Very quite and peaceful surroundings. Loads of light in the house, beds were comfortable. Loads of supplies, coffee pods toilet paper, etc. on arrival. You will see lots of birds and animals around the house, we even had a single monkey show up for several days which was calm and well behaved. Closest Beach only a couple of minutes away but only good at low tide, other areas of the beach that were good at all times were a few minutes walk or car ride away. Recommend a car or motorbike if you stay here. There are lots of good restaurants less than 10 minutes drive away.

We are very happy with our choice to rent this condo. Everything was as described in the listing. Our ground floor unit was clean, quiet, cool, and comfortable. The pool is literally right outside the balcony door. We had a private pool area that connects with the larger pool which fills much of the courtyard. It truly felt like a tropical resort. The property goes all the way down to the beach, where you can watch the ocean, walk in the sand, or take in a beautiful sunset. The condo is spacious on the inside, with plenty of space to rest, eat a meal, or host guests. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. The bed in the master bedroom is on the firmer side, but still quite comfortable. Our host was responsive, and answered any questions we had in a reasonable amount of time. The guest book is comprehensive, and has advice on where to eat, shop, and sight see. Overall, I can fully recommend this condo in Khao Tao for its cleanliness, spaciousness, quiet, and location.
