Apartment holiday rentals in Huai Khwang

Host was very responsive to questions, before the trip and during the trip. The accommodation was nothing but exceptional. I left a pair of shorts in the apartment, which the host found after I had left. Host still made effort to contact me and i was able to receive the shorts back. Thank you so much for the stay.

Overall a good stay, and extra points for letting us check in early as our flight arrived very early in the morning.

5 star place. The host was super responsive and proactive - check-in details were clear. The flat is spotless, comfortable and exactly as described. The condo has super amenities (the pool and gym are on the 12th floor and rarely busy). The restaurant downstairs is decent and can deliver up to the room. There is a 7/11 and great massage place within 5 mins walk. The area is a little far from main points of interest but the value absolutely makes up for it. They are building up a lot in the area and I reckon it will be awesome in 6 months time. I would happily stay there again and recommend it.

Clean and comfy room, all amenities work well, tucked away in a tiny lane but quite close to the main road, the building is in the middle of a street market (not noisy) lots of good restaurants nearby and some excellent coffee also! Nutcha was clear in all her communication, easy to reach for any queries and this helped us have a great experience.

A Perfect Stay in Bangkok! This loft was an absolute gem—spotless and beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. The linens smelled amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The highlight? Three terraces offering stunning panoramic views of the city—morning coffee and evening sunsets were unforgettable. Karol and Kay were outstanding hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

Canon's place is beautifully done. The finishings on the interior design are lovely with textured plaster, styled lighting, colourful cement tiles, curvy doorways and warm timber. The sheets were very nice and towels fluffy. We loved the local area, it's a mix of modern and new. Some excellent restaurants and coffee shops around. Highly recommend.

Super recommended

By far the best airbnb we've stayed at, price-wise, location-wise, plus all the amenities. The free daily laundry helped us out so much. Felt like a hotel but was still cozy and homey. The place looked like the pictures and was spacious enough for our luggage. We also loved the Ari area -- the cute cafes and good restaurants, that were all walking distance, was such a great treat. We were also allowed to leave our luggage after check out 💗 Thank you for your hospitality! We look forward to staying again on our next Bangkok trip.

I had a great stay here! The room is beautifully decorated in a clean, modern-minimalist style exactly like the photos. It’s super clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect, right near Phra Athit Road in Bangkok. There are plenty of cool cafes and restaurants nearby, and it’s close to the river too. Ekawit was really helpful and responsive, always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I felt very welcome and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok!

I loved my stay at JJ’s place. At check-in, I had someone meet me in the building. Instructions on how to get there and check- in process, and accommodation information was promptly sent to me 2 days prior. The apartment was clean and spacious. Loved the view from the bedroom! I was provided with snacks and water which was a lovely touch. Building was quiet at night which was essential for me. The location was ideal. Just a couple of minutes walk away from Ekkamai Shopping Centre where there’s also a supermarket for your basics, some coffee places and restaurants for you to choose from, and has a direct link to the sky train so getting to anywhere is super easy. Perfect stay! Rama 9 is a great location, not too far to anything. Easy to find grabs and get delivery. The downstairs restaurant / café was super useful, as well as the Lawson 108 and 7/11 close by. The apartment itself is also beautiful. The wide desk is amazing to match the view out of the fields. I’d definitely stay here again when in Bangkok!

Great 1 bed/studio in the heart of Bangkok’s liveliest neighborhood. Walkable to the best clubs, rooftops, bars, and shops. High enough that you will not hear any street noise. Very clean, great lighting, everything works! Would definitely stay there again when in Bangkok!

I really like Jane's apartment! The indoor environment is beautiful, with very good interior decoration, and it is comfortable with air conditioning and air purifier. The indoor independent washing machine with drying function is very convenient, which is really needed in the summer in Thailand. The daily necessities in the bathroom and kitchen are sufficient and easy to get. The location of the apartment is quite good, where is not far from Emsphere shopping mall.

Ive lived in Bangkok for 4 yrs & visit frequently. This was one of my favorites so far. Great location. Quick communication. Good space. Enjoyed using the gym. If you come to Thailand, you know it’s also amazing when the bed is on the softer side (some places are hard as rocks!). Would quickly recommend! 🙏

love the decor, very authentic thai furnishing, the space is huge with a big living room for everyone to chill together. definitely fits any families who needs 3 bedrooms. perfect for group of friends too. P is always responsive and helpful and you cant ask for a better host than him. thanks!

The location was so close to the subway station, and the house was so clean that I didn't see a single bug. The pool was clean, and the bed was spacious, so I slept well. I recommend it!

Nice condo in soi 33 sukhumvit. Would return anytime.

great place to stay. has everything you need. and walkable to nearest market, street stalls, cafes and 7/11. very convenient to met train station or motorbike and taxi services. very close to shopping malls. host is very helpful and responsive. must try. highly recommend

Incredibly beautiful space and amenities with close proximity to everything the city has to offer. Would be my first choice to book if I were to return to Bangkok.
