Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Huay Yai

Like others I had a little bit of difficulty finding the location. GPS took our driver to a different spot, but we were ultimately able to find it. And our host was very responsive in communicating. My best advice if you have trouble finding it navigate to peaky blinders restaurant that’s right next door to it. There was an issue with our original room, but we were given an upgraded larger room. The electricity cost was more than I expected but given the cost and size of the room the total cost was still an ok value. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever in need a a place in this location.

Panatda is a great host very responsive and friendly. The place is centrally located near restaurants and the beach. The place very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool on the 31st floor very nice and beautiful. If I get back to Pattaya, I would definitely rent this place again.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr freundliche und flexible Gastgeberin 10/10. Würde wieder kommen, alles war so Sauber wie angegeben und die Aussicht vom 22. Stock war auch Super. Nur zu empfehlen 👌

Very good experience, I will continue to choose this place when I have the opportunity to travel to Thailand in the future, and I will also introduce it to my friends.

We had one of the best stays in the Pattaya here, we arrived at the villa just a little past 5pm and the check in was easy and clear. My girlfriend is obsessed with the duck floatable and the pool water was clean and lovely when we arrive. The interior was very clean and the kitchen had all the amenities including an air fryer and a rice cooker. TV was easy to access and it has got everything from Netflix to YT access. Would prefer to have like a small storage space in the small bedroom with a spare hairdryer but aside from that it was perfect! Will definitely book this villa again when I come back to Pattaya!

Stayed for 3 weeks ! Lovely villa well furnished and felt like home ,nice garden and a good sized swimming pool.

I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

Nida was helpful and communicative which made for an easy stay

Great room, super clean, amazing views. Nice pool and gym. Close to everything but not right in center which was very nice. I recommend staying here. Host was responsive and friendly and even notified me that I had left my charger in the room and got it back to me. Thank you!

Awesome and beautiful condo. Everything down to smallest detail was provided and everything in condo was first class.Great location. Great views from balcony. Perfect communication with GREAT hosts and included breakfast buffet at Pascals fine dining restaraunt was a very welcome bonus. Very best place i have ever stayed. Genelde konaklamamı eğlence yerlerine yürüme mesafesinde(yürüyerek 10 dakika) olduğu için Unixx'ten yapıyorum. Şu ana kadar kaldığım evler arasında en düzenli, temiz ve kullanılan malzeme kalitesi en iyi ev burası. Evde olması gereken her şey çok ince düşünülerek konulmuş. Ev sahibiyle iletişim çok hızlı ve çözüm odaklıydı. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederim

L'appartement est bien placé, à quelque minute à pieds de la plage. Il est fonctionnel et confortable pour une à deux personnes. Il y a beaucoup d'animations autour ce qui peut générer un peu de bruit. Vous venez à Pattaya en connaissance de cause et devez accepter ces différentes facettes. Mon séjour à été positif et l'appartement y a contribué. Merci Sam.

I really can't think the host for all the help and prompt responses ,it was a great place convenient to everything I will hopefully find another of chens places on my return trip.

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.
