The price is per person & night. 🧹 Guests are responsible for cleaning the house upon departure and leaving it in the same good condition as upon arrival. It has a fully equipped kitchen, even a microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available, but sheets and towels are to be brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and WiFi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to use. In summer, there is also a heated pool. Additional accommodation in a large apartment can also be rented.

We rent out our nice country house, just come and feel at home. The house is decorated in a marine style. There are 5 beds, two sofas but if you bring your mattresses, there is room for more. The house is located at Kastviken, an old sea cove and it is only 300 meters down to a small marina with jetties where you can fish, swim and barbecue at a barbecue area. There are generous lawns on the property, a porch with morning sun and a wooden deck with sun all day. Several garden groups and barbecues.

It is perfect for families visiting "Trolska Skogen" or friends/couples that want to experience Mellanfjärden, or perhaps play some golf at Sörfjärden golf court. Seven min walk to the center of Mellanfjärden, with restaurants, grocery store, craft shop, playgroud et.c. Trolska skogen is within walking disance (15 min) or a short ride with the car. Sörfjärdens golfcourt is approximately 15-20 min with car from Mellanfjärden.
