A well decorated and comfortable home to relax and rejuvenate. It is very close to the water where you can take the water ferry to NYC. Very peaceful stay. We will definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect spot to enjoy Hoboken! We were able to walk to all restaurants, coffee shops and local sites and the place was clean, spacious and quiet. We would come back in an instant! Extremely convenient!

Sanjenis’s place was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Sanjenis communicated very well; any question I had he answered, with details. He gives very descriptive instructions which is super helpful. The neighborhood was very safe. My kids and I walked to the local deli and also wonder bagels which was an 8 minute walk, and the food was delicious! If I’m ever in the area again I would not hesitate to book Sanjenis’s place!

The place was amazing . Very clean and cozy . I was in love with the decoration and the colors . I will definitely book it again. The bathroom was very clean , the kitchen as well . I enjoyed staying there .

This was hands down the best stay! The host had everything on hand we could possibly need when traveling from out of town. And then some. I was truly impressed with how well she communicated and made sure we had all we needed. It was a very comfy stay and the ease of getting places around the city from the Airbnb was awesome. Would definitely stay here again

Peter’s place is absolutely great. First of all, it is 100% as described and matches the photos. A major asset is the location – just a 3-minute walk from the PATH’s Grove Street station. The place is clean, has all the necessary amenities, and is very easy to access. The beds have firm mattresses and are very comfortable. Peter made sure that even the smallest details were taken care of – coffee capsules, dishwasher tablets, a kitchen towel, etc. I travel a lot, and I know how rare that is. From our perspective, it’s a great bang for the buck. We would definitely come back to Peter’s place – 100%!

Curtis was so helpful with anything questions. Everything was clean and comfortable. Off street parking was great!!! Close to the train to NYC. Fantastic all around!

It’s a pretty rad spot on the edge of the East Village. Perfect for a few nights in the city. Communication is very good, everything went as stated and all codes and check in were smooth. Recommended.

We had a few wonderful days at Johanna's place. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the stop, where the train went to Manhattan (2 stops). It was very quiet in the neighborhood, but still had nice restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. The kitchen in the accommodation is really well equipped, I think it is also suitable for a longer stay. The bedroom was great, the bed very comfortable and with the window to the garden it was nice and quiet there. There were plenty of blankets and towels, if you needed any extra. The communication with Johanna was great, we received answers to our questions very quickly. We can definitely recommend the accommodation and would come back anytime!

Lourdes was an incredibly warm and welcoming host. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at home with her kindness and attentiveness. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Her hospitality truly made the stay special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Our stay at Gonza's in North Bergen was very successful. The accommodation was very easy to find thanks to the description. The entire accommodation was really very clean and equipped as described. We felt very comfortable and it was just the right thing to unwind and rest in the evening after exciting days in New York. The apartment is about 10 minutes' walk from the bus stop, from which you can reach New York in 30 minutes (with good traffic conditions) to 45 minutes (if there is a little more going on). So we always had to plan some travel time, but that was also stated in the description of the accommodation. Gonza was always immediately available for us for questions. Overall, we felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation for a New York trip.

I can’t say enough positive things about Mao’s Victorian brownstone. From the decor, to the amenities, to the recommendations and travel instructions provided, Mao and Chisako were incredibly helpful hosts. You can feel the love and kindness they put into their home, and how much they care about it and everyone who stays there. We absolutely loved Hoboken, it was such a wonderful and walkable (and run-able!) area. Mao and Chisako’s instructions for traveling to NYC were so helpful and clear and we were able to follow all their advice. We tried all forms of transportation, from the bus to the subway to the ferry to Lyft! All were super easy and convenient. I loved being able to wake up and walk to the local bagel shop or convenience store. My husband, my mother, and myself came to stay for my mother’s 70th birthday, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place for the 3 of us, not to mention the beds were super comfy! Thank you so much Mao and Chisako! 🙏

The Air BnB was very nice. On the corner of the street there is a bus that will take you directly to NYC, which we took full advantage of. The Air BnB is located in a quiet neighborhood and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

We stayed at Maribel's place June 6-June 8, 2025. Booking, check-in, check-out, cleanliness, comfort, and ease were all super smooth. Daniel met with us when we arrived and was readily available for any questions. The apartment is on the top floor (third) and was quiet for a spot so close to NYC. Place was well stocked with all the essentials. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely book again. Thoughtfully set up to accommodate a variety of guests. We were three adults, but place is well designed for families with children too.

The house is gorgeous and comfortable for a family. Yanet has all the amenities and also a few helpful items for cooking. She helped graciously with an early check-in. The grocery stores are nearby. Yanet is a wonderful host who provides directions and suggestions if you want to visit New York and other sites. I rented a car, and that helped me visit the tourist spots. Yanet has a parking space in the driveway. There is parking nearby all tourist attractions, and it costs around 50-80 dollars for 4 hours. The drive from this property is 45-50 minutes to Ground Zero or Central Park. 35-40 minutes to ferry from New Jersey to the Statue of Liberty. There is a bus stop 2 blocks away. If you are carrying luggage, come prepared; there are 2 stairs. This house is a home away from home. Yanet responds quickly and helps with requests.

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

Our host Paula was extremely friendly and responsive. She responded to all my question and messages in a very timely manner, often within minutes. Everything was very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommended!!!! This apartment is exactly like in photos. All the amenities, beautiful views, nice neighborhood, walkable area, super clean and organized, comfortable furniture and ideal design! Owner is super quick and gives answers right away!!! Always ready to help with anything!! This apartment was everything what we needed and more! We have been a family of 5 (fifth person was using a couch for sleeping but it was very comfortable). Bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. One bedroom was master bedroom. Kitchen had all the appliances, dishwasher, big fridge, coffee machine with coffee, clothes washing machine and dryer, iron with the iron table, 2 hair dryers, lots of bed sheets, robes etc. the home design is perfect!! Full of nice decorations and even beautiful trees!!! We have not used pool and gym but it is available too. We also used a free parking for our car and it was very convenient! This apartment is 100/100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is a little Gem, only 1 min walk and you have the bus 159 to port authority bus terminal in NYC. 2 min walk and it has row of restaurants and cafe you can’t miss and great food . The bathroom was clean and the shower water speed is amazing . The studio is perfect for those who just want to get away and myself and my wife we have really enjoyed . The kitchen in fully equipped with pans and pots so relax and make your own Egg Benedict

Ed was very easy to communicate with, we had questions or wanted clarification and he was fast to respond in a very friendly and welcoming manner. This place was super clean, and comfortable.
