Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Hudson County

Had a wonderful stay at Marcelo's place. He was always responsive to questions about anything and very quick to respond to any issues in the property. I liked that it was very close to the bus stop for the bus to New York City (Port Authority Bus Terminal). There is a shared full kitchen if you want to use it for breakfast or cooking meals. And also shared washer and dryer which is luxury.

Christian was very helpful during our stay. The instructions for check in were very easy to understand. Didn’t know how to use his fancy coffee machine but he brought us down another one to use. Ice maker was nice to have. Jacuzzi and games were definitely a highlight to the house. He was very attentive && friendly. The house was 5 minutes from a 24 hr Dunkin which was a plus. Also there was a little bit of everything on the same street as Dunkin, so everything was in close vicinity of the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Good value and an interesting, calm neighborhood. A bit far from the subway but easy enough to bus even with kids.

very clean place very comfortable..

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Peretz’s house! There was plenty of space for the 7 of us. It was a great house to be staying in for MDW celebrating Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter tour. Peretz is friendly, and responsive. Great location and space for parking. We didn’t end up using the jacuzzi, although we wanted to. We were too busy enjoying our time inside the house. The upscale coffee maker was amazing! Linen, towels, kitchen and bathrooms were clean! We would stay again for sure!

Mal is an awesome host. Very responsive and willing to adapt to everything that we needed. He even let us check in early and out late if we needed it. Gave us great recommendations on where to go shopping and fishing.

The place is located in a near perfect place for those visiting NYC and NJ Palisades Park/Fort Lee area. The place is exactly as described, and in great condition. It looks new, with hardwood (or LV) flooring and clean and new bathrooms. Kitchen has all the amenities; master bedroom is big, with an amazing shower, and the living room has a big flat screen TV for us to gather and watch things together. Very fast internet. There is a breakfast area near kitchen and a six chair dining table. There are two parking spots, which are very valuable for the area so no need to worry about that. Plenty of towels and pillows so all 8 of us were comfortable and didn't need to ask anything extra. NYC is very close, with a ferry terminal within 20 minute distance. All Korea food we planned to go were all within 10 minute distance as well. We couldn't have picked a better place for our family trip. Eugene was responsive and I wouldn't expect more from him. Great host.

Alluvion was a great host for our 2 week stay in Tuxedo Park. The house was a good size, clean, and overall fairly comfortable. We had a really great time, and only had a few small issues during the stay. If you are sensitive to smells, you may want to look elsewhere - it is an older house, and smells like it has not been lived in. We had a hard time at first, but opening all doors and using some candles/room spray, we were able to tolerate the scent for the 2 weeks. Overall though, our visit was pleasant, the host was EXCELLENT, KIND and HELPFUL! Which is the most important part!!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was perfect for our group! There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The house has a stunning view of the lake and the kids loved the swing set in the yard. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The house was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was peaceful and picturesque — waking up to the lake view each morning was a treat. We would absolutely recommend this place to families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway in nature. Would love to come back again!

Excellent place. Very clean and comfortable

staying here for the second time, and felt very peaceful, comfy and spacious place like the first time. the host adjusted as I had to check in early. this place has all the amenities that one will need washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator. Will stay here again if I have to.
