There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. Our open vistas provide for great cloud and star watching as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor seating on front and back porches.

The Little House in Yoder

Built in the late 1800's, the Little House is the oldest house in the Yoder community. It's full of old-world charm and modern conveniences. If these walls could talk, they'd tell lots of stories! Brent & Jean’s Tiny house

This tiny house in a tiny western Kansas town offers rest and relaxation. Arrive early to enjoy a beautiful western Kansas sunset and sleep peacefully! This house was built by my high school students and I at Ness City High School. There is a concrete patio with a fire pit to enjoy the evening. Our neighbors to the west often have calves and the neighbors to the north horses in their pasture. Coming so will be a small laundromat to the south of the tiny house. Come be our guest!

You will have your own private ally entrance and personal parking in the back of the business building. Right off highway 56, enjoy your stay in Lyons in our newly renovated 2 bed 1 bath home. Centrally located, you are only blocks from downtown. Both bedrooms are on the main level and include a King and Queen bed. House includes stocked kitchen, full bathroom with washer/dryer and a large formal dining/living room that seats six. Wifi and large parking area in back are included. Non smokers. Pet allowed with a $40 fee per stay.

Your home away from home! Spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath home in the center of town. Fully equipped kitchen with all essential items you need to cook. Dining room table seats 6 with a coffee bar in the dining area. Living room has a 50 inch tv. This is a perfect spot if you are coming in to town for work or to relax. The home has a smart lock on the back door for entry. Parking can be found through the alley with a 2 car carport.

This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.
