The Backpacker

Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

The Wrenn’s Nest - Quaint National Forest Getaway

Nestled in the Francis Marion National Forest, The Wrenn's Nest is a place one can settle in. You can step back in time yet still appreciate modern conveniences. Enjoy an open fire pit listening to the synth of the secadas and a serene patio offering noiseless conversations with those you love to spend time with. The Wrenn's Nest has so many possibilities for adventure. It is a great outpost for hunting, fishing, birdwatching, hiking, biking, etc...and close to many local historical features.

Tiny House studio stay in Moncks Corner

The tiny house is located in our backyard in a small town, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As you enter the house, you will notice that it is small but it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay! A kitchen to cook in, a table to eat or work at, a nice place to shower and sleep - all in the same room. It is small yet very comfortable and welcoming! We operate off of well water. If you are not used to well water, the smell can sometimes be surprising. Please note: the water is safe.
