Monthly Rentals in Hugo

We had a wonderful time staying at Tim’s place. It was clean and cozy, and the kitchen was great for making meals at home. Bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer too. The kids and I had a great time at Lake Mayse which was just a short drive away, and in Paris which was also very close. Loved our trip!

The hosts were extremely thoughtful and called to check on our well being when the local area had an electrical outage. The hosts already had things in place for unexpected events. They had a flashlight stored and other clear instructions to follow until the electrical services began working again. The electrical outage did not last long. It was great knowing that the hosts were so concerned and on top of things. They house was very neat and clean. It was well decorated with up to date appliances. I highly recommend this host and location.

FANTASTIC place to stay while visiting Paris! I had my own private room and bathroom, and the kids had the loft with their own bath too. It was clean, nicely decorated, and perfectly cool with the AC already on. Great water pressure and incredibly soft sheets! Some mention the fridge not being cold enough, but it worked fine for us and there’s a backup fridge/freezer nearby if needed. There are four smart TVs (including one over the massive tub!), and the huge pantry had everything from foil to a blender. Kenneth was AMAZING and super responsive. The kids loved exploring the woods, petting baby donkeys, and making s’mores over an open fire. I enjoyed meeting the cows and no mosquito bites, even by the pond! Bats are clearly doing their job. Bird feeders by the windows made morning coffee even better. 10/10, my kids didn’t want to leave and asked to come back soon! Town is just a quick 15/20 min drive and the property is far enough away from city lights that the stars are spectacular!
