A cozy holiday home perfectly located near the beach (200m), the dunes (25m) and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee (300m). The house can accommodate up to 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children. From the sunny terrace you enter the living room through a spacious hall. From the living room there is access to the bathroom and luxury kitchen. From the hall you also enter the room on the first floor with two single beds and the bedroom with a large double bed and closet.

"Apartment Sea View" (55m²) this is a luxurious, newly renovated, hip styled, maisonette. A few metres away from the beach and you can literally see the sea from the living room. The flat is spread over 2 floors: 1st living room with TV, sofa and love seat followed by open kitchen and dining table, bedroom with adjacent bathroom. A fairly steep staircase leads to the bedroom in the ridge of the maisonette. Incl. private parking space and separate storage for bicycles.

Seaside Holidays

Our cozy summer cottage with its own entrance and garden, renovated in 2021, is centrally located in Egmond aan Zee. In front of the door are the North Holland dunes where you can enjoy cycling and hiking. The beach and cozy center with restaurants and terraces are around the corner. Egmond aan Zee is a great place to spend time in all seasons. A cozy village for both young and old ! You don't have to worry about parking,you will receive a parking card from us.

Complete, cozy, holiday apartment for 4 people less than 10 minutes walk from the beach. Lovely starting point for hiking and/or cycling tours over the beach or through the dunes. Located less than half an hour by car from the cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam. Wijk aan Zee is a no-nonsense village with summer activities, beautiful terraces and good restaurants from cheap to very luxurious. The holiday home has its own entrance and private parking.
