Enjoy the deck while eating dinner and watching the patio TV or enjoying your morning coffee around the fire pit. If the weather happens to be bad, no worries. Rental is 3.7 miles from Taylor Ferry North Boat Ramp, and 1 mile from Sequoyah State Park. Very private, only rental on the 5 acre property. Paved road to property. Safe parking for boats and autos. Rental is on 5 acres and 100 yards from road. Owner lives on property. This is only rental on property and there is lots of space and privacy between the homes. Outside electric and water. 14 miles from Talequah - see museums, shops, restaurants, and take a raft trip on the Illinois River!
