Nestled between the A13 and A127. 'The Annex' is the perfect setting for special occasions, birthdays, treat yourself time, hens, contractors, business bookings. Take time to relax in the bubbly hot tub. It's important to look at 'other details to note' for rules on events, celebrations and gatherings.

St George’s Cosy Cabin with Jacuzzi Hot Tub

The cabin is situated behind our house down a privately owned lane surrounded by woods and farmland. It consists of 1 double bedroom but can easily sleep 2 adults and 2 small children. Cot and highchair available. 2 single airbeds with additional bedding and pillows. It boasts a large patio with quality furniture solely for guests' use. The jacuzzi is an added luxury and £15 is requested during your stay if used. There's a large fully stocked pond Guests are welcome to feed the fish.

The recently converted Nissen Barn is located on a farm in its own private meadow. The barn is surrounded by the beautiful Essex countryside - rolling hills, ancient trees, wildflowers and grasses, hedgerows, horses and sheep. The conversion was completed in March 2021 and sleeps 4 adults in 2 big bedrooms. There is also a loft bedroom accessed by a hidden door with a king size mattress suitable for older children or couple. Perfect for families, but note there is no enclosed garden.

Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available

The village itself has 2 pubs and lots of walking routes nearby. Paper Mill Lock is a pleasant 30 min walk and has water sport facilities and tea room. Footpath maps available. Travel cot or single fold out guest bed avail on request, no additional cost.

Off-road parking space.
