I stayed at this property for 2 weeks and it was amazing! The place was very clean, peaceful and the hosts were very friendly and responsive! I will definitely be staying here again.

The villa was as pictured. Phil was always responsive to any concerns we had. The community was absolutely stunning. Perfect vacation spot in Puerto Rico

Beautiful and amazing view ! Jimmy was attentive, very helpful and was always available. Our family really enjoyed the apartment and facilities! We recommend to rent a Golf Cart to move around Palmas.

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a relaxed getaway. The shops @ Plazanova were all very nice, but hrs were limited throughout the week. The beaches within Palmas are non- swimmable. There is a beach club that is $25 for a day pass only available Monday through Friday. I went with three teens and there was not much for them to do. There were some outside sport activities, that we did not do due to the heat. I stayed here from May 20 to May 26 and there was lots of seaweed on the beach and with that a smell that you can only imagine. Going to eat at the Pescaderia was NOT an option. The smell was unbearable. Despite all that the Airbnb itself was beautiful. We had more than enough beds seven to be exact, Two full bathrooms one that is shared, and one in the master bedroom.

Cute and comfy little AirBnb, perfect for a couple. Everything you need is provided. Convenient to Walmart and many other stores, if you need anything. Best of all, short drive to many locations, without the San Juan traffic. Ceiba Ferry Terminal, Luquillo, and Las Pailas, are all 45 minutes or less. Even the drive to Old San Juan and Ponce are not bad, and the views along the way are beautiful, which makes the drive seem shorter. Rick provided helpful information and recommendations prior to our visit, which was greatly appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again.

5 star ⭐️ to Tortuga tranquila , a perfect house to expend a beautiful days in PR ‘s east , very comfortable, clean , spacious, pool heated ,clean , the house is located in restricted area so quiet and safe , near to the beach, highway, supermarkets,I didn’t need to communicate with Blair during my stay, “because you will found everything that you need in this place “, Blair very respectfully , i think is a good host . We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in super easy and even providing some helpful local recommendations. It truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It was our first time in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 and everyone loved and enjoyed the place from the pool to the barbecue grill. Only five minutes until the nearest shops and restaurants/bars. We will be back and hopefully enjoy the same location, ty Jessica for sharing your home

Super localisation. Le balcon avec la vue sur la mer, qui n’est qu’à quelques mètres, a été l’endroit où nous avons passé le plus de temps. La mer est peu profonde et parfaite pour les enfants. Les photos sont tout à fait conformes au logement. Nous étions présents pendant la panne généralisée ayant eu lieu sur l’ensemble de l’île, mais n’avons pas été incommodés, comme le logement était équipé de panneaux solaires et d’un poêle au gaz. Les hôtes ont été très disponibles, aidants et à l’écoute. Un endroit parfait pour visiter l’est de Porto Rico!

We rented this AirBB while we searched for a home to buy on the east coast. Ironically, the home we purchased is literally down the same street in Verde Mar, and the same model/floorplan as this AirBB. We loved this home, the neighborhood, and the proximity to the beach and essential services/stores/resturants so much, that we bought one of our own !!! 🤣 Johanna and Elizabeth have been absolutely wonderful, check on us to make sure all is good, and ask if we need anything, etc. The house is darling ! Typical smaller size home in Puerto Rico, but fit our family of three and dogs just fine. In full honesty here, I actually inquired if the house was available for sale, because we loved it so much. It wasnt, but we found one with the same floorplan a few doors down, that we hope to make as nice as this AirBB in time. I usually dont write reviews, as I usually am not impressed with people, products, or services, so to write this review means more than you know. Love it here !

Quick response of host when needed. Beautiful surroundings with lake view. Close to the beach and the house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Totally recommend staying in this house.

Bryan and Jody’s place was a dream! They go above and beyond to make their guess feel at home . The level of cleanliness is top notch ! The place is located right across the main road of Punta Santiago beach where you can cross and go to the beach or walk out the house and you will always find a local spot to grab a bite. The neighbors are super friendly and treated us like family, always asking if we need it anything , offering mangos or ice or water . Yes , we lost power , but Bryan ran to our house and provided us with battery operated fans that lasted all night and lights so we won’t be in the dark , even a power bank to charge our phone !! Who does that ? Do it ! book your stay at Bryan’s you won’t regret it . The place is awesome ! Thank you Bryan and Josy I will be back in August

The place is beautiful, was very clean and had everything I needed for amenities; has great lightning, a/c, internet, washer/dryer, hot water and so on; I felt so secure and safe(it is imperative for me since I am a female and travels alone), the community is very quiet, private and super secure, you have to go through 2 security check points to get to the apartment, great communication with Jaidy, very nice and caring lady. Thanks for letting me Stay in your Place I just Love it, difinetely will go back! DID I MENTIONED THAT IT IS A BEAUTIFUL FANCY PLACE?! 😍

Marissa is quick to respond to any of your doubts or questions you may have. This is my first Airbnb experience and Marissa made me feel at ease with how the check-in process work and where to park. Excelente para vacacionar, descansar y estadia de trabajo. Douglas fue accesible y presiso en todas sus instrucciones cosa que te facilita la vida. El lugar tiene axceso a la playa y piscinas, el área lleno restaurantes y cerca de todo. Todo el complejo de apartamentos muy limpio, organizados y accesible. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo que se necesita para una buena estadia. ¡¡¡Excelente lugar!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay. Jean was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. The space was perfect for us and our three kids. The pool was closed our first two days, but Jean reimbursed us for a pass to the Wyndham pool. Location is great, steps away from the beach. Highly recommend a golf cart to navigate the wider Palmas Del Mar. Loved the extra touch of the turtle food Jean had - definitely check out the turtle pond!

We loved the location and the condo. Everything was just as described. The restaurants in the area were all good. Definitely recommend renting a golf card to get around the resort. Joe was super helpful and patient. We had a large crowd staying at a couple of locations, so I was not keeping all of his directions straight and did not make me feel bad for asking things that were in his instructions 🥴 Would stay there again for sure.

What an amazing property and host. The first night there was a power outage on the entire property that caused the air conditioning fuse to fritz and it was very hot in the unit. Our host was so accommodating that they were willing to relocate us to another amazing penthouse unit. The next morning they fixed the issue and left a little gift for our inconvenience. I would recommend this property and will be back soon.
