We are a very rural farm, set in acres of farmland with only a few houses up at the farm. This detached cottage is located close to the market town of Market Rasen, on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Private hot tub in garden. 1 hours private Access to indoor heated pool each day which is part of the spa at a different building this slot must be booked and prior to arrival. We also accept hen parties and extra activates can be recommended by us suitable for Hen Weekends.

Enjoy the sounds of nature and the sea crashing against the rocks when you stay in this lovely static caravan at the quieter end of the park. Near the beach and fishing lake but only a short walk to the club house for food and entertainment. Passes need to be purchased separately from clubhouse for Swimming and other activities. A real home from home for all the family. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bed linen can be provided for an extra cost. In winter months the club house is closed.

Caravan by the beach

The caravan is in a quiet location 100 meters from the beach. There is WIFI in the caravan. In the living room you are welcome to use free view, Netflix, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii, DVD Player. There is a dining arena with a table seating 4, and a well equipt kitchen area. Our caravan has 2 bedrooms. A master bedroom with lots off warderobe space and a twin room with 2 beds that can be made into a small double if needed. There is a shower room and toilet. Beddig is provided.

CJ's Caravan is located on Withernsea Sands Parkdean Resorts. The caravan is clean tidy spacious and very homely. Location is great, in a quiet area of the caravan site and 5 minute walk to the club house/pool etc. lots for everyone to do on site. Great parks for the kids. Friendly staff and the site is very clean. Location of the site is perfect, 15 minute walk into Withernsea centre along the sea front. Although new to Arbnb the caravan has reviews.
