I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the village Crezancy-en-Sancerre. There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Claude's. Her home is absolutely beautiful, with architecture full of charm and character. A lovely place to stay, the house had everything we needed. It was clean and cosy when we arrived and the fire kept us warm on the chill spring days. The garden was a lovely place to sit, when the sun came out, which it di, giving us a very hot week in April. Thank you for putting up the extra fence, so that our dogs could not go exploring outside. Walking in the area is wonderful, we enjoyed many walks with our 2 dogs, vineyard, forest and field and Vinon has a bar for a refreshing beer if you can set your walk to come home that way. Its a treasure of a place. Thank you for sharing.

Accommodation beyond our expectations for a family with two children: trampoline, sandbox and especially the large lake with wild ducks are a real plus. We were there to be close to the wedding venue. We therefore did not spend much time but it was a pleasant, peaceful, quiet time. Hosts are responsive, adorable. Thank you again
