The Unique Lake Tree House

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. Enjoy the lovely nature all around from the house. Take a swim from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna by the seaside. Take a ride with the boat. Cozy Little Cabin by the River

The smaller cottage is perfect for a more intimate experience in nature. Despite its smaller size, the cabin is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage has two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm wide bed and the other with a 90 cm bed. In addition, there is a sleeping loft with a 180 cm bed. For extra comfort there is both a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a fireplace for cosy evenings. The cottage has a view of the Luleälven on one side and a cozy little pond on the other.

Space for many with open living room and kitchen with great views of the hill, valley and mountain, where you can sit and look out. Wood-fired sauna with hot tub is outside. The accommodation is in walking distance to golf course, beach and bus stop with good connections to both Boden and Luleå. In the property you use the free sauna and relax that is in the same building as the property.

I have been rearranging the room since I bought the flat, the last few pictures are the present ones. I am satisfied by now. It will keep this way for a while. Perhaps I will arrange more later. Hope it will be a good surprise for guests.
