Very good location and always very nice staff at the reception! :) Room was also clean and had everything you could need.

I was careful about chosing my hotel and am so glad I chose Aviary hotel! The location is perfect - it’s in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, yet the hotel was very clean, the furnitures were comfortable and most important of all is that it was quiet inside. I couldn’t hear any noise inside the bedroom. Having a peaceful and clean place to rest was so important. I was told that the hotel was recently renovated. Also, the staffs at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Gave me some great spots to try some delicious food. Am so thankful, highly recommend!

Thanks for giving me a ride on the motorcycle to the convention Centre a couple of times Did not have a car to receive me at the airport even when I had pre booked it. Also their estimate of taxi fare is very inaccurate.

The hospitality was amazing. Katie and Marshall ensured we had a memorable stay. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offered tips for local sightseeing, offered us vegetarian food in breakfast.

Staffs are very helpful and nice.

The two Johns and Tracy were wonderful. You are always greeted with a smile and willingness to help. David in the breakfast room is really hospitable as well. The view from the breakfast room is really nice of the Old Quarter. The rooms are clean and are serviced daily. Amenities are provided with the room so you won’t really need anything regarding toiletries!

Perfect place for foreingers.

I had a lovely stay at Toki! The room was small, but had everything I needed. The retreat is beautifully located in the middle of nature, so that should be your main focus in coming here. There are no walkable restaurants etc, you’re really out in nature. The staff is absolutely lovely and kind, but communication is hard. We did manage with a mix of english and google translate :)

We were the first Airbnb guests, but the homestay has lots of excellent reviews on other booking platforms. We were looking for something outside of the town area to be away from all of the hustle and bustle, and this was the perfect homestay for that. We could rent a scooter directly from the host, which was very convenient. He also provided us a paper with recommendations for local attractions, which was really helpful. Breakfast is also included; he gives you a list of things to choose from, and you can order additional items for a charge. We also ate dinner there one night. All of the food was excellent, and the setting of the homestay was beautiful. He showed us pictures of how the homestay was built over the years by him and his family. Everything was very clean, and he was very accommodating with additional requests (extra pillows, etc). We highly recommend staying here!

The accomodation was very nice and Thuan was very helpful by allowing an earlier check in. However, it would of been better if real photos of the accomodation was present and not taken from the website.

I highly recommend this place, because I had a great stay. The practice of yoga has been very rewarding for a novice like me. As a beginner in yoga, I was afraid of not being able to keep up, but they taught me its philosophy and practice in a very playful way.

Great location, super friendly and helpful ladies at reception, cozy room with great attention to detail on the small things. Would definitely recommend this place to others 👌

The place was clean & fits the pictures & descriptions. Some things to note: You'll hear some street noise from the room & our couch had some dirty spots on it, but with that said for the price you'll definetly get your moneys worth! We had a great time staying here & it's a pretty chill neighbourhood compared to the rest of Hanoi✌🏼

The wesr lake facing penthouse is awesome with lots of free and open space. One bedroom is very spacious and second one is small. The beds are comfortable. The property include all necessary kitchen amenities and toiletries. Jason is excellent host who is always willing to help. He arranged us a perfect luxary trip to Halong bay. I would love to stay here again and recommends for everyone.

I was new to use Airbnb .I got this hotel just because it is close to Airport but I found Mr. Dung is very friendly and supporting .The rooms are sparkle clean and property is located only 09 minutes from airport.

Nice place in a lively location. Host was helpful and communicative!

The hotel is very well located on a quiet street next to the cathedral. The room is spacious. But the bathroom, the shower in particular, is full of mold and not very clean… It's more of an old hotel than a rbnb apartment.

Le’s place was better than described. Great location, close to everything. Room was spacious with all the necessary amenities, kettle, safe, fridge. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the lake which made a fantastic spot to relax. Le was very receptive in a timely fashion to any request we had. If I return to Hanoi, I will definitely book another stay at Le’s place.

Lovely place in a peaceful area. We were on the 6th floor and got a nice few of the city. Right next to the botanical garden and also close to the Ho Chi Minh Museum. Not a lot of restaurants around, but a quick Grab drive away from everything that you need :) the receptionist doesn’t speak English but is friendly and welcoming.

Would definitely come back
