A lovely and cozy apartment in a fantastic location. Everything was spotless and exactly as described — highly recommended!

We had a very enjoyable stay. It should only be mentioned that there is a disco in the house, which cannot be heard with the earplugs provided! Otherwise, it is very clean, coffee machine with coffee is ready and the bed is firm and not sagging. We would book again:)

Third time here and just like the other times it was perfect. Very peaceful street. Lots of food shops nearby and also very close to the M3 Metro line so you can get anywhere in Budapest in good time. Comfortable bed. Nice decor. I hope to be back

This is the most amazing air bnb we've ever been to. It's so beautiful, clean, styled really as a home with everything we needed. The place was very clean. The AC and the fan worked great, the kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee machine with an amazing coffee to sip on the beautiful balcony. There's a bakery near by called Lipoti Pekseg, that bakery was sooo amazing, the produce is fresh and delicious, we came back there every morning for pastries, sandwich and a carrot cake! The surroundings of the apartment is quiet and a few sites are within a walk distance but everything else you'll need to either use public transportation, bolt or drive. Which was perfect for us because we wanted to stay in a quiet area so it totally matched our expectations. Judit was very warm and the connection was great, she met us at the apartment upon the arrival and explained everything is person and gave us a very homey and warm feeling. The shower worked great, there was always hot water.

I loved staying in this apartment and Krisztina is always responsive. Very spacious and well located, plus you get to watch the sunrise from bed in the mornings. Unlike many Budapest apartments, it has a lift and is very secure. I can’t recommend this place highly enough

The place was really well situated , very close to the city centre. Only problem if you have a lot of luggage be ready to climb two floors . But overall the apartment was really clean and the host was very cooperative

Best ever Award from our family! We have stayed a many Airbnbs, and the vast majority are great places. Erika's apartment wins our best of the best award! We would have assigned ten stars if that were possible. The flat is in the absolute center of the city and is adjacent to the public transportation routes, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The apartment boasts impeccable decorative appointments and modern appliances and ... well ... just about EVERYTHING. It's bright and cheerful during the day and, with shutters down at night, quiet and perfect for sleep. Erika and Bence are beyond first-rate. They are special folks we came to appreciate as friends. If I could think of even one negative to report, I would do so, but our nearly two months in this apartment was nearly flawless! The price is within the city's average range! Given the location and unusual quality of this home, you need look no further. Well done! Thank you!

We had a great workout. We arrived with a large family, including our 3-year-old son. We all knew how to relax, it was a family-friendly accommodation. Equipped with many games, lots of things. I recommend it :)

I can recommend this nice house for your rest e with a family or with friends. It has beautiful garden and barbecue zone, private entrance, place for parking. The kitchen was fully equipped. The owner was pretty friendly and took care about everything.

I had a great stay at Andrea's apartment. It was comfortable, recently updated, clean, air-conditioned, and the surroundings were beautiful. It's not the most accessible on foot, but there was very safe parking, and self-check in was easy. Andrea showed me around her garden, I got to meet her cat Luna, and she even offered me cherries from a tree in her yard! Andrea was so kind, and I felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in this accommodation. Just the right place for a perfect holiday on Lake Balaton. The welcome was warm and the service is paramount here. The private accommodation is nicely modernly furnished and very clean. Huge garden, Wi-Fi , fully equipped kitchen with oven,stove dishwasher, fridge with large freezer, heated towel rack in the bathroom, rain shower air conditioning in the bedrooms and of course the absolute highlight of the hot tub in the covered conservatory! Absolutely fantastic and just the right place to relax! Those who would like to have it private away from the tourist hustle and bustle will get their money's worth here! Absolute recommendation!

A very nice accommodation where restaurants are within walking distance. In general, there are shopping center grocery stores and everything you could need within walking distance. Almost everyone speaks German in the area and everything is very good from the prices.

I had a wonderful time at this apartment, the neighbourhood was quiet, peaceful, and lush. The park nearby has a great atmosphere and there are a ton of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance as well. Main attractions such as the Castle District are just a tram ride away. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a month of working, which included cooking some meals at home, and doing laundry. The air conditioner worked great once the summer heat kicked in! Dr. James welcomed me during check-in and was very friendly, and responded quickly to any issues or questions I had, even coming after work to help troubleshoot the router (it was fixed very quickly, thank you again!) I highly recommend James' place for a quiet retreat away from the city, where you can discover the nice vibe of Buda.
