Cabin holiday rentals in Huntersville

We have not used AirBnB many times, but this one stands out as the best experience yet! What a lovely, clean, tidy, quaint, attractive, simple, elegant, and comfortable lakeside property this is. We enjoyed cooking meals, grilling, soaking in the hot tub, sunset cocktails on the dock. Planning to return in the future for another stay!

Really great place. We’d love to stay here again. It was in a perfect cove for our littles to explore the water and we all felt like they were safe. The tv in the living room didn’t work, but they did come try to fix it and were extremely kind and responsive. We really didn’t use it anyway, other than at night. My kids loved the fishing gear, paddle boards, canoes, and fire pit for roasting marshmallows. We had a blast. I would have loved some local eating recommendations, but really, the house was clean and amenities perfect, so we didn’t want to leave very much. Can’t wait to go back!

The place was amazing booked it for my wifes bday and our anniversary the pictures do not compare at all the place looks even more amazing in person it was very clean it was very peaceful being there Ranin was very pleasant to deal with and communicated back and forth almost immediately with any questions or concerns i had the pool and hot tub couldve used a little cleaning but it was just opened for the season so im sure itll get the attention it needed overall the place was amazing i 100% plan on coming back to this place

Amazing family getaway in a peaceful lakeside setting! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful IronBnB home! The location is fantastic — peaceful, secluded, and right by a stunning lake. We spent hours kayaking with our kids and enjoying the natural surroundings. One of the highlights for our family was the fire pit area. We chopped wood together with our boys, built a cozy fire, and roasted sausages — it was such a lovely bonding experience. The house itself is beautifully decorated — tasteful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. What really surprised me was the presence of two full kitchens — one on the main floor and another upstairs. This makes the house ideal for two families traveling together. Each family can enjoy privacy and independence on separate floors and come together for shared meals or outdoor activities. PERFECT SETTING! We really really enjoyed our stay here with Alison in Monroe! We had a wedding and this was a prime location right outside of downtown. I would highly recommend staying here and taking in the countryside.

What a beautiful setting! Secluded as you could want and amazing lake front living. Christy is a very responsive host and has every detail laid out for guests. The inside of the home is full of character, with an awesome cabin feel, plenty of space, and a great kitchen! There is plenty of wild life and our stay was very relaxing. The only area of the stay that could use some attention/more effort, would be the stairs on the way to the dock, the beach area and the dock itself. Overall, we absolutely recommend staying here and making memories with your family.

Loved my stay here! I was looking for a quiet place, away from traffic and the busy-ness of the city and work and I got exactly that here! The location was great, it was quiet besides the baaing, neighing, and other sounds from animals, but not too far away from grocery stores and restaurants. Amy and Shannon were both very quick to respond to any questions I had and making sure I had everything I needed. I’m already looking into the future for my next retreat! WiFi was a little slow, but that worked great for me since I also wanted a break from being constantly connected.

I want to say this place was so at home. I felt we were in cabin and being rural, at the same time so close to whatever we needed. the surrounding was absolutely breathtaking. The cabin was so clean and equipped. My son loved the fact he could stay in loft by himself, and still being close to us. we loved to hear birds, and rooster singing around and we also meet some locals and neighbors; very friendly. Robin and Jay were so kind when I needed to talk to them and John helped me to find the local event, even though we didn't go (we had so much fun just being at cabin). Overall we loved, loved it and loved it. Thank you Robin and Jay for creating such a lovely place to stay in; felt so at home. Sarah, Jay and Benjamin

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay! Absolutely beautiful location, the cabin was stunning and comfortable, and the creek!! The bed was sooo comfortable, the coffee and snacks were much appreciated! Just a perfect stay! Would recommend to everyone!

This cabin was surprisingly tucked away in a pine grove. The seclusion and unique setting make this a spot I’d love to come back to! Next time, I’ll bring the golf bag…

We loved our stay on the lake. I loved the area. It was a great place to take walks and enjoy the outdoors. Our boys really enjoyed the kayaks. The house was really close to so many places and activities in the Charlotte area.

We had an excellent stay at Danielle's place. The views of the lake were remarkable and very peaceful. Felt right at home and would definitely want to come back again!

This blue tiny house is really charming. It’s clean and well equipped. The linens smelled lovely. The neighborhood of tiny homes is cute and most were occupied by the weekend. The 1/2 mile road leading into the house/marina is in really bad shape (lots of potholes) and the marina is aged and run-down. But the house was great and we didn’t spend much time around the marina.

Great host with a great location and beautifully kept home. The serenity of the cabin is like no other! Beautiful view of the lake from the porch or patio, with minimal lake traffic. Will definitely be staying here again!

Bretta’s place was exactly what we were looking for! Peaceful, clean, comfortable. She has gone out of her way to ensure your stay is comfortable and you have everything you need. If you’re coming to Salisbury and her place is available, I highly recommend it!

Perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway right on the water. The hosts were very responsive and equipped the house with everything you could need. They provided a fire pit, grill, kayaks, and canoes which were perfect activities given the weather. There are houses nearby but it still felt like we had our privacy. We would definitely rent this house again and come back to Lake Norman!
