We had a great stay. We were up for an Adelphi graduation. This was a great location close to the school and the LIRR station. Very nice house with a great back yard and deck for hanging out.

Clean, comfy, and convenient walk to the 2 train to go basically anywhere you may need to, although depending on where you’re going could take anywhere from 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Vincent was very responsive and helpful even before i booked. My husband and i ended up meeting him and having a good conversation as well.

We stayed at Oren’s place with other family members. Place was clean and nice neighborhood. Oren is very responsive with any questions.

Nicole is a phenomenal host and was so easy to chat with! We had a wonderful time and we would 100% book again in the future. She’s a dedicated host and we had a very flexible check in & check out. Nicole was readily available to answer any questions we had. The view is lovely and we adored the decor and layout of her Airbnb! What stood out the most to me is her binder that includes all you need to know about the area, food / date recommendations, schedules, etc. I thought that was very helpful and endearing. She goes above and beyond, you can tell she is passionate about her guests having a great time. Thank you for everything Nicole, we are very grateful for your attention to detail for your guests and genuine hospitality!!

Matthew’s home was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was peaceful and quiet. We didn’t get a chance to have dinner but the propane grill would have been wonderful. We look forward to our next visit!

Bengie's place was a great last minute find! My friends and I had a wedding to attend close to this airbnb and it was the perfect place to stay for the weekend. Definitely recommend!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. The pool was a massive bonus for sure! Comms with David were great, he was very quick to respond at all times on any queries we had, much appreciated indeed. Many thanks again, Rich

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

Jeff's place has a lot of character and is spacious. The setting is excellent, near the water, with Satterly Landing right down the road. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a wonderful little getaway in Hilder’s guest house. The place was clean and cozy! I would return here for another weekend getaway.

What can you say that hasn't been already said by previous reviewers. John's house in Freeport is a gem. Perfect getway for weekend for our family. We were greeted by a nice bottle of wine and a generous basket of snacks (always a nice touch). The house was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. So many fun things we really didn't get to take advantage of (Tiki Room, fire pit etc..). But the crowning jewel is the location on the water. If you just want a place to sit and relax as the sun rises or sets (yes you get to see both from the back deck) this is your place. John was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.

Great and responsive host. Home was lovely and we felt welcome. Host responded quickly to questions and requests. The home was very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool area. I would recommend for a peaceful time away from the city.

Steph and Stu let us book the day of and immediately I could see how attentive they were when they said they’d get the cleaners there immediately so that me and my boyfriend would have a clean place to stay the night. They were very responsive through texts and helped us with all we needed. The place itself exactly shown and described and couldn’t have been a better place to spend the night.

Yudy and Adriana with Cozy Comfort Living was well worth the experience. This was my first time using Airbnb and I am extremely pleased. When entering the apartment it felt like I was walking into my own home. It’s a very quiet neighborhood a big beautiful backyard and very comfortable. The property even accommodated my dog. I did not want to leave! That is how much I enjoyed my stay. Whenever I am in need of a place in Long Island , NY, I know exactly where I will be staying. I know I have said it before, but thank you so much for a wonderful experience and I hope future guests at Cozy Comfort Living enjoy it as much as I did. Look no further, you will NOT regret it! The cottage is as pictured. Very clean with everything I needed. The area is beautiful for walking on the beach or the streets around the cottage. WiFi was strong throughout the cabin for working. Thanks Bert for your attention and listing this cottage.

Tim and Lorna were excellent hosts! The place was better than expected and in a great area centrally located on the island. There were so many thoughtful little details they provided for both me and my my furbaby - from toys and a bed for him to all sorts of things we might forget when traveling (first aide kit, lint brush and so much more). The place was impeccable and very comfortable. My plans changed when I arrived and I needed up just relaxing for quite a bit of my stay and it was perfect. A very comfortable sitting area with books, games and a tv with lots of options. The bedroom was roomy and very comfortable. I slept like a baby throughout my stay as it is a nice quiet area and I barely heard anything from them as they are upstairs. There is a coffee maker, small fridge and microwave which was all I needed since I wasn’t looking to cook while away. They were very responsive when I misunderstood the instructions on how to get in. I will most certainly be back!

We had a fantastic stay in Damon’s camper! Everything was very well organized, clean, and thoughtfully set up — it had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. Damon is a super responsive and kind host who made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back next time we’re in Long Island.

Melissa, was a wonderful host. She was easy to communicate with. The accusations were clean and spacious enough for 2 couples. The 2 bathrooms were perfect for our long weekend trip. The only negative is the house is on a fairly busy road so there is some road noise at night. Though Melissa did provide 4 sets of ear plugs for guest. I opted not to use them. If I had the trip might have been perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Spent to my birthday here with my husband, dogs and toddler. Had my gender reveal birthday cake, outback under the sunset. Truly magical.✨ The backyard was ideal. Was able to tie the dogs to the deck with a 20 foot leash. It kept them contained to the backyard & away from beach goers on foot and other dogs. The dunes kept the backyard private you’re not staring at your neighbors. Felt so secluded. I also have some mobility issues and you couldn’t ask for an easier way to enjoy the beach & get your toes in the sand. The house & deck are spacious and easy to navigate with a walker. Was able to add extra days to our stay. Would 100% stay here again.
