Seaview Stay is cliff top escape with uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Enjoy the wonderful sunset and sunrise in this comfortable stylish 1 bedroom annex with your own terrace and private access. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Built in the early 19th century, Church Mouse Cottage has all the charm and character you would expect from a Georgian property. The cottage is beautiful, warm and comfortable making it the perfect bolt hole. A lot of thought has gone into ensuring that this is not just a place to stay but a place to enjoy being. Its location is an ideal blend of being tucked away in complete tranquility whilst still being just a 5 minute stroll from the thriving high street with its many shops, pubs and cafes.

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)

The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner (in Winter months) and a large patio, BBQ and fire pit outside. Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

This stunning hand-crafted cabin is the master piece of a highly talented Sussex craftsman. It is constructed using sustainable oak, chestnut and ash from the surrounding woods. It is full of gorgeous bespoke detailing, for example the entrance to the cabin is inspired by a sea cave in Cornwall. It's secret location is like another world, up on a bank above a winding stream in the dappled light of old oak trees. The air is full of bird song and deer run freely all around.

The pod has WiFi from Three 4G. ** The electric is powered by Solar - NO HAIR DRYERS, STRAIGHTENERS, FANS ETC ** Also as a result on cloudy days we need to run a generator to recharge the batteries

Wattlegate Cottage is a charming converted carthouse on a traditional working farm in the heart of the South Downs National Park. A peaceful retreat for couples, walkers, and cyclists, it offers modern comforts and an enclosed private garden, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the South Downs or cycling the Downs Link Path. Just off the A27, the cottage is ideally placed for visiting Brighton, Lewes, Arundel, Steyning, and the many picturesque villages nearby.

The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.
