Upstairs apartment at the Broadmoor

Cozy apartment in a historic home. Centrally located, the apartment is less than a mile from downtown, food and shopping, the cosmosphere, and college. Two miles from the fairgrounds and three from the salt mines. Our little family lives right next door if you have questions, need recommendations, or help with anything! Please note the apartment has been recently renovated but is in an old building built in the 1800s. It is an upstairs apartment and is accessed by a long staircase (pictured).
