The cabin has lake views and sun from morning to evening, and is very undisturbed. There is a short distance to bathing areas and great outdoor areas with the coastal path on Hvaler right nearby. The cabin has three bedrooms and six beds, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The cabin has no running water and sewage, but cistern water in the kitchen and bathroom.

The cabin is located in a quiet cabin area on Kirkøy, Hvaler. Short walking distance to Skjærhalden, town and approx. 30 min from Fredrikstad. The property has sun from morning to evening, with several nice outdoor areas. Choose between sun or shade, depending on your preference. The cabin is conveniently furnished and easy to keep tidy. Everything is easily accessible, both during your stay and for cleaning on departure. This is a place for quiet and pleasant stays. NB! This is NOT a party cabin!

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Velkommen til en sommerhytte med flott beliggenhet på Søndre Sandøy. Hytta ligger 5–10 minutters gange fra noen av Hvalers fineste sandstrender som Storhavna og Gjøkvika. Eiendommen har gode solforhold fra morgen til kveld. Hytta ligger lunt og skjermet til i skogen, ca. 150 meter i luftlinje fra sjøen. De nye terrassene foran og bak hytta er tilrettelagt med hagemøbler – ideelt for måltider ute og rolige stunder i solen. På varme dager gir parasollen behagelig skygge.

Hytta har to soverom med dobbeltsenger samt dobbel sovesofa i hovedhuset. Soverom 3 er i annekset. To soverom kan ha barneseng/ekstra madrasser på gulvet.

Ikke innlagt vann på hytta. Vann tilgjengelig fra cisterne som fylles opp av regn. Drikkevann tilgjengelig i hytta. Cinderella forbrenningtoalett. For barna: Trampoline, sandkasse , egen trehytte med sklie, zip line. Husk å ha med eget sengetøy/håndkle.

Populære Stuevika med sandstrand og langgrunt vann ligger også i nærheten. Hytta på 75 m² har stue, kjøkken, 3 soverom (plass til 5 gjester), bad med dusj og separat toalett. Innlagt strøm, vann via sisterne, en ekte hytteopplevelse nær sjøen.
